An article about the British National Party's High Court victory against the EHRC has just been published by the left-leaning Spiked webzine. As is now obligatory in such coverage, writer Tim Black spends the first couple of paragraphs distancing himself from the BNP with familiar, ritual denouncements – "Nazi", "racist", etc., etc. – but his article becomes quite interesting when he considers the political fallout of the court case:
