Energy, emissions and the Land of Make-Believe

Energy, emissions and the Land of Make-Believe

WHAT I’ll tell you first may make you furious. Next I’ll probably get you weeping, followed by driving you to despair before ending in the Land of Make-Believe. Consider electricity. Government data tells us our annual emissions total, plus how this is split between sectors of the economy. One of those sectors is electricity generation, […]

How the Church of England betrayed its loyal flock

TWO or three years before my father died, around 2009 or 2010, we went on what might be described as a small pilgrimage. We drove through the flat, featureless fields of the Dengie peninsula in Essex, then walked to the oldest surviving church in England. The chapel of St Peter-on-the-Wall at Bradwell-on-Sea was established around […]

The toxic ‘niceness’ that camouflages politicians’ lies

THE broadcaster Mike Graham has been suspended by TalkTV for offences real or imagined (past caring). This was always on the cards given the 24/7 diligence of the grievance junkies now in charge of the public and social media spaces. It was only last week that Mr Graham was involved in an entertaining ‘dust-up’ with […]

“I got that white girl.” The Murder of Iryna Zarutska The double standards of the racist 'anti-racists'

“I got that white girl.”

The double standards of the racist 'anti-racists'

By Nick griffin Oct 2025

It took a while to come out, but the racist motivation of the murderer of 23-year-old Iryna Zarutska, is now established. “I got that white girl” smirked serial criminal Decarlos Dejuan Brown Jr. as he left the train carriage where he had just carried out the savage and unprovoked killing.

I won’t bother to use the word ‘allegedly’, because I’m not in the USA, I’m banned from travelling to the USA, and in any case his guilt is so clear that there is no chance of prejudicing his trial. In any half-decent state, Brown would already have been speedily tried and immediately executed.

The brutal murder happened on the light rail in Charlotte, North Carolina, as Iryna, a refugee from the war in Ukraine, was on her way home from work on August 22, 2025.

The attack, lightning-fast and captured on surveillance video, shocked many. In some ways it was just one more example of the decades-long, undeclared, low-level war against white people in America by the black racist criminal underclass. But the assassination of Charlie Kirk a couple of weeks later managed to push Iryna’s murder back into the consciousness of millions of Americans, and into the social media of the entire English-speaking world.

Multiple reports relate that as Brown left the train after the murder, he said, “I got that white girl.” These words tell us the motive - plain, undeniable racism.

The failure of the mass media to report them, and of the political elite to discuss them, reminds us that this anti-white racism is not merely a problem in the black underclass, but also an institutional sickness in the upper echelons of liberal society.

Thanks for reading Nick Griffin Beyond the Pale! This post is public, and the subject is important, so feel free to share it.

I just searched “institutional racism” on Google. The very first entry that came up was Wiki, and the first words shown are “Institutional racism was defined by Sir William Macpherson in the UK’s Lawrence report (1999)….”

Thus, from the moment the subject is raised, it is portrayed as a white problem, directed against black people. The truth, of course, is that the overwhelming thrust of institutional racism in Britain, the USA and the entire West is against white people.

The deafening silence of the legacy media over the racist motivation of Iryna’s killer is just one more example of this. Switched-on British readers will be able to think of multiple examples closer to home. The systemic failure to acknowledge the racism of the perpetrators and the collaborationist authorities in the grooming gangs scandal is another.

The problem is all too clear. The question we, we white people, must ask ourselves, is “what are we going to do about it?”

Not “what should they (the political elite) do about it?” because that is to ignore the simple fact that the political elite, and their allies in the media, police, courts and think-tanks, have already “done something”:

They created the problem in the first place, and have already spent decades imposing censorship and repression to stop us even talking about it.

The question, I repeat, is what are we going to do about it?

Not “what would we do in an ideal world?” Not “what would we like the politicians to do about it?” Because those questions, or ‘answers’ which are in fact to those questions, come from the realm of Father Christmas and the Tooth Fairy.

We are not children, so it is time to stop grasping at the straws which are childish, unattainable demands, and fantasy answers. We must, instead, answer with practical things. Not things which are vain wishes, but things which are realistic, practical and winnable.

We, our people, are in a very dark place. Let us stop howling for the politicians to give us the moon, and instead set about collecting the materials and gathering the know-how to make and light our own torches.

My next post will move from the problem to practical action. Be sure not to miss it, subscribe for free right now. Better still, support my work by becoming a paid subscriber or giving a one-off donation as a Founder. Restacks are also very welcome.

In Britain, the words “institution

At a minimum, they reflect the lens through which many now see such events -- not only as homicidal acts by dangerously unstable people, but as anti-white racist attacks that our culture will bend over backwards not to name.

not merely because it was yet another terrible homicide, but because it has forced Americans to confront the failure of institutions meant to protect them -- the innocent -- as well as the cultural paralysis that prevents ordinary people from intervening, and the ideological narratives that try to erase both motive and responsibility.

Battered by the storms of cultural Marxism

AS WE cross choppy seas, battered by the storms of cultural Marxism, another danger looms on the horizon. MAP is an acronym for ‘minor-attracted persons’, in other words, paedophiles. If you thought that the establishment, woke as it is, would never allow adults to take sexual advantage of children as a legitimate pastime, think again.

The number of letters in the alphabet soup of LGBT+ is always growing, and MAP advocates would like to join it. The potential addition of MAP should be contested with every sinew of conventional morality. ‘Let’s not mince our words – this is the greatest evil of all,’ warned the Rev Calvin Robinson on Tucker Carlson’s show.

When I searched on Google three years ago, the curated top result for ‘minor attracted persons’ was a brief document, Supporting Minor Attracted People, on the website Primary Prevention of Child Abuse, run by Timothy N Fury, a pseudonymous survivor of child sexual abuse. The document appears to sanitise paedophilia, claiming that‘the majority of those who actually abuse children are not sexually attracted to them’ (to dispel any doubt, this refers to sexual abuse, not other types of mistreatment). Sexual attraction to children is not inherently problematic, according to Fury, who strives to reduce stigma, because ‘everyone does better with support, and minor attracted persons are no exception’. On the website home page, Fury answers the question ‘do you support paedophiles?’ as follows:

‘I support those with a sexual attraction to children who wish to remain law-abiding (minor attracted people), and I support making help more widely and readily available to those with this attraction. I do not support the minority of these people who seek to change age of consent laws or otherwise seek to make sexual activity with children acceptable.’

Distortion of language is a tactic: MAPs are not paedophiles because they don’t actually have sex with minors. Miranda Galbreath, a sex therapist working with jailed sex offenders, regards the term paedophile as a ‘judgemental, hurtful insult’.

This isn’t the first attempt at making child sex attraction acceptable. For a long time a segment of society has striven to normalise such perversion. The Paedophile Information Exchange, founded in 1974, campaigned for abolition of the age of consent. PIE included several Labour MPs and was supported by future government ministers Harriet Harman and Patricia Hewitt at the National Council of Civil Liberties (now Liberty).

When PIE argued that photographs of undressed children should not be considered indecent (thus illegal) unless the subject suffered harm, a document written by Harman (NCCL legal officer, later deputy leader of the Labour Party) placed the onus of proving harm on prosecutors and warned against censorship.

In 1983 a Scotland Yard report on PIE was sent to the Director of Public Prosecutions. This followed the imprisonment of PIE activist Tom O’Carroll in 1981 for conspiring to corrupt public morality. After being sacked by the Open University for his self-publicised paedophilia, O’Carroll’s book Paedophilia: The Radical Case was published in 1980. He was later put on the Sex Offenders Register and had further jail sentences. In 2010, writing under an alias, he lauded the pop star Michael Jackson for his bedroom dalliances with young boys. Despite all this, O’Carroll was admitted to the Labour Party in 2015, although he was expelled soon after.

Disbanded in 1984, PIE was retrospectively described by the BBC in 2007 as ‘an international organisation of people who trade obscene material’. In 2014, Shami Chakrabarti, director of Liberty, issued an apology for the historical links with PIE, remarking that ‘it is a source of continuing disgust and horror that even the NCCL had to expel paedophiles from its ranks in 1983 after infiltration at some point in the 70s’.

Yet the portal for paedophilia is now being reopened, with the gateway claim that sexual attraction is not sexual abuse, a notion that is neither morally nor legally justifiable. Hundreds of men have been jailed for having pornographic images of boys or girls, just as holding terrorist manuals or propaganda is a criminal offence. The difference from terrorism, though, is that the Establishment has a disturbing involvement in child sex exploitation, from the failure to stop television personality and prolific child abuser Jimmy Savile, to the institutional neglect enabling rape gangs to prey on thousands of girls in towns across the country.

Currently, the MAP push for inclusion in the alphabet soup of LGBTQ+ as a sexual orientation is a step too far, even for the likes of Owen Jones. But this is a thin end of the wedge. A degree of tolerance could eventually lead to broader acceptance, and then mandatory teaching in schools.

With its mantra ‘love is love’, the MAP campaign pursues protected status under the Equality Act. If this is achieved, critics will be censured. Watch policing of a drag queen protest and counter-protest, and it is obvious which side the police officers are ordered to protect and which to treat as public order offenders. Parents are deterred from protesting by the risk of social rejection for perceived bigotry, and the real prospect of arrest.

The direction of travel is clear. Standards for sexuality education in children up to six years of age, issued by the World Health Organization Collaborating Centre for Sexual and Reproductive Health, are inappropriate in content while undermining parental responsibility. Similarly, a UN document titled International Technical Guidance on Sexuality Education, emblazoned with the Sustainable Development Goals logo, blatantly primes kids for sexual identity politics.

Earlier this year a professional conference was held at an undisclosed location in Ohio. The ‘Demystifying and Thriving’ event discussed how to ‘Increase competence and cultural humility in providing affirming, compassionate care for MAPs’. The organisers want to de-pathologise the paedophilic person, frame him (it is almost always a man) as a victim of stigma and teach society to embrace him as having a sexual orientation that is no fault of his own.

scholarly review in 2024 by Australian researchers Christina Farmer, Michael Salter and Delanie Woodlock showed how MAP advocates present paedophiles as ‘an oppressed sexual minority subject to undue discrimination and oppression’. The reviewers noted ‘strong claims in the MAPs literature that the stigmatisation of sexual interest in children is the primary driver of child sexual abuse, and thus sexual interest in children should be socially and culturally normalised’.

As Glenn Stanton reminds us: ‘There is hardly anything the sexual revolution has imagined that has not gained general acceptance by liberally minded folks. The only rule that undergirds their sexual ethic is consent. As long as two or more adults fully consent, it gets two-thumbs up from sex revolutionaries. This is why paedophilia is the last hold-out to not have received a cheery green light. Children cannot properly consent. And besides, adults attracted to children are just creepy.’

We seem to have lost our backbone in Britain, but if MAP gains inclusion in the LGBTQ complex, it will inescapably be time to make a stand. Would caring parents want their children sharing a toilet or swimming pool changing room with a self-declared nonce?

It Just Gets Worse: Britain’s Anarcho-Tyranny

Britain has descended into an anarcho-tyranny in which the average person is closely watched and policed, while disorder and brutality reign on the streets. This is the end state of a twisted liberal system that's desperate to force the public to swallow its make-believe worldview, rather than what we see with our own eyes. NATO - The Unsettling Truth... WAR WAR WAR!

Godfrey Bloom: A veteran’s-eye look at NATO: its Cold War origins, post-Soviet expansion, and the Ukraine war. Drawing on front-line service in a NATO armoured reconnaissance unit and years of geopolitical analysis, this video argues that NATO outlived its original purpose, was steered by U.S. neocon interests and the military-industrial complex, and helped set conditions for today’s proxy conflicts. We cover the 1990s “peace dividend” that never arrived, regime-change agendas, sanctions blowback, and why Russia’s position has hardened. Includes commentary on the scrapped April 2022 Istanbul/Turkey peace framework, European force levels, Odessa’s strategic role, and where this may end. *** Enjoy my content?
