COVID MRNA “VACCINE” NOT A VACCINE Legal Defination David Martin
Medical inventor and author David Martin proves that the Pfiser and Moderna mRNA vaccines are not vaccines by medical definition and how Big Pharma is using national and state emergency authorizations to force these untested gene therapies onto the population.
References • It is unlawful under the FTC Act, 15 U.S.C. § 41 et seq., to advertise that a product or service can prevent, treat, or cure human disease unless you possess competent and reliable scientific evidence, including, when appropriate, well-controlled human clinical studies, substantiating that the claims are true at the time they are made. • Definition of Vaccine https://www.cdc.gov/vaccines/vac-gen/imz-basics.htm • Immunity: Protection from an infectious disease. If you are immune to a disease, you can be exposed to it without becoming infected. • Vaccine: A product that stimulates a person’s immune system to produce immunity to a specific disease, protecting the person from that disease. Vaccines are usually administered through needle injections, but can also be administered by mouth or sprayed into the nose. • “The primary endpoint is the prevention of symptomatic COVID-19 disease. In Jacobson v. Massachusetts, 197 U.S. 11 (1905), the court held that the context for their opinion rested on the following principle:
“This court has more than once recognized it as a fundamental principle that 'persons and property are subjected to all kinds of restraints and burdens in order to secure the general comfort, health, and prosperity of the state…”
The Moderna and Pfizer “alleged vaccine” trials have explicitly acknowledged that their gene therapy technology has no impact on viral infection or transmission whatsoever and merely conveys to the recipient the capacity to produce an S1 spike protein endogenously by the introduction of a synthetic mRNA sequence. Therefore, the basis for the Massachusetts statute and the Supreme Court’s determination is moot in this case.
From Iowa Code
Vaccine means a specially prepared antigen which, upon administration to a person, will result in immunity
“Vaccine” means a specially prepared antigen administered to a person for the purpose of providing immunity.
Pursuant to the authority of Iowa Code section 147.76, the Board of Pharmacy hereby gives Notice of Intended Action to amend Chapter 8, “Universal Practice Standards,” and to adopt new Chapter 39, “Expanded Practice Standards,” Iowa Administrative Code.
Section 5(a) of the FTC Act, 15 U.S.C. § 45(a), prohibits “unfair or deceptive acts or practices in or affecting commerce.” Further, misrepresentations or deceptive omissions of material facts constitute deceptive acts or practices prohibited by this section of the Act. Putin Slams Globalism & Big Tech Censorship
Origional post at Knights Templars
The World Economic Forum’s “Davos Agenda Forum” is taking place digitally this year. Many of the world leaders are speaking digitally at this one, on a Zoom event hosted by founder Klaus Schwab.
Probably because this made it very easy to 'attend', Vladimir Putin turned up for the first time ever. And the Russian President tore into the globalists and their world coup d'etat agenda. His historic speech is a masterly demolition of their lies and refutation of their propaganda lies.
“These are no longer just economic giants — in some areas they are already de facto competing with states,” Putin said of the global monopolies.
“How well does this monopolism work with the public interest?” Putin asked. “Where is the line between successful businesses and big data consolidation, on the one hand, and the desire to rule the society by being a substitute for legitimate democratic institutions, by deciding for the people how to live and what to choose and what they can express freely?”
“We have seen this quite recently in the United States, and everyone understands quite clearly what I’m talking about, and I’m sure everyone knows what I’m talking about,” he said, referencing the banning of Donald Trump from the internet and the subsequent massive shut down of freedom of speech.
Along with talking about the monopoly tech companies taking over the world, he also said that the billionaire class, through globalism and mass transfers of populations, is destroying values and cultures and making everyone poor while the rich continue to get richer.
He talked about the American banking system, based on debt, and warned of the fact that the US government is printing money like crazy in response to the coronavirus plague hoax.
He also mentioned that the coronavirus is being used to push Schwab’s cyborg agenda, but asked: at what price? That's a question the whole world needs to ask as well. He described what is going on as 'a dark anti-Utopia'. We couldn't have put it better ourselves!
You have more chance of being hit by a car! So why the constant lockdowns?
There have been less than 400 deaths under the age of 60 of covid without any pre existing conditions, meaning you have more chance of being hit by a car!
So why the constant lockdowns really?
There can only be one reason, to destroy the economy and society, in order to bring in the globalist great reset, total people control under the guise of "keeping you safe"? If we do not resist this, concentrate on reality and the real science, and start opening up businesses regardless, there will be no country left! Boris has to go! Boris has to make a stand, and out the corruption of Sage.
Hull 1961. 100,000 people (Men, Women and Children) force vaccinated
Hull 1961. 100,000 people (Men, Women and Children) force vaccinated due to a perceived Polio outbreak. 100 million worldwide then it is discovered the vaccines contain SV40 the carcinogen. How did that happen when in the UK production the company was completely different to the US but both had SV40?
