After confronting the civilian police staff speed camera operator, a visit by 2 uniformed officers of the law paid myself a visit ! Watch what happened...! This seems to be the run down on, civilian,( Police staff ) using speed cameras. When they deem you to be committing a crime, ( speeding ), they then procure evidence, ( press capture on the speeding camera ). Only trained police personnel have the training to gather evidence regarding a suspected crime, and not a civilian member of police staff. Grant Pain x
