BBC and Crap Musicians and there "wave of crass nationalism".

By D Mills

According to the BBC News website Indie band British Sea Power (Indie usually means that nobody has heard of them) have decided to drop the 'British' from their name in a bid to separate themselves from the recent "wave of crass nationalism". The band added they did not wish to be associated with "isolationist, antagonistic nationalism", noting how "we have always been internationalist in our mindset, something made clear in songs like Waving Flags, an anthem to pan-European idealism". What a bunch of pretentious, patronising toss pots they are. Their name change of course has nothing to do with fact that they are promoting their first new music in four years and probably need every bit of publicity they can muster. I'm surprised they haven't dropped the Sea Power as well given it has undertones of superiority, dominance and of course Britannia ruled the waves for decades during the time of the British Empire. I hope they fail miserably. Can we now expect Queen to change their name? or King Crimson? What about Berlin? or Alabama? Sea Power's new single to go with their new name, Two Fingers, is the first offering from their upcoming album Everything Was Forever, which will be released next year. Personally I would give these woke, virtue signalling jokers not just two fingers but one firmly raised directly in front of them to show how pathetic they are.
