He was patriotic and loyal towards Africa and didn't worship the Western Nations as most of the other African Leaders did. Colonel Muammar Mohammed Abu Minyar Gaddafi, was also a Libyan revolutionary, politician and political theorist. Gaddafi was one of the best African Presidents with a core vision of what Africa should and should've been.
