Happy Easter every one . On Good Friday we must consider what Christ sacrificed for us . he suffered the Horror and pain of the Crucifixion for us , so that we may be free from the same . Today can we not offer a little sacrifice of something so that we acknowledge that sacrifice . Just a simple thing like giving up a small pleasure or comfort for the day. Or sending a small donation to some good Christian cause .
And take comfort on this day also by considering 2022 years ago all seemed to be lost to Christs followers . But little did they realise the greatest victory had been won by Christ for us all who follow him. So if things in this world seem to be dark and hopeless take heed , that is the devil trying to distract you from the victory that as already been won for you. For now Christ is not broken on that cross. but is the King of Kings the Lord of Lords, the Lion of the Father awaiting the time for the final destruction of all evil once and for all!
