This letter is from a retired RAF officer who served in the sixties and is now working and living in Germany.
Dear Friends,
Europe is now in total chaos and I think that you should know about it.
I have waited a week or so to see how things will develop and to glean more information before presenting the facts.
As you may know from the media, the flood of refugees cum economic immigrants into Europe has reached ridiculous proportions to the extent that Hungary and other Balkan states have closed their borders. Turkey is considering doing the same.
Angela Merkel, in an ill-advised speech to the Bundestag, welcomed all refugees to Germany and the floodgates opened and, in my view, this was all pre-planned beginning with the Pope’s appeal last year for Islam to move closer to Christianity. This was then followed up via the Italian Government instructing the Italian Navy to rescue all boat refugees and bring them to Italy.
As a result, it seems that some 8000 people per day are now entering Europe via various routes. Most of these are young males between 17 and 25. The result is chaos as you can imagine.
Here in Saarland we have been overwhelmed with refugees who are mainly young males but some are families. In Lebach, some 10 kilometres from here, a camp for 200 was set up and a further 100 added this last week. The politicians, local government and religious leaders have fallen over themselves to bring them in and cater for them.
And so what is the result? In Ventimiglia near Monte Carlo, the refugees banded together (organized by a smart phone) and over ran the market and stole or destroyed everything and ransacked the town.
Here in Lebach, a group entered a supermarket and took what they wanted and destroyed the rest. When the Manageress confronted them, they called up their friends and smashed the place to bits. The police arrived but were overwhelmed. The supermarket is now closed.
Yesterday, my friends rang from Weissenfels near Leipzig since two supermarkets and a Kaufland store in Halle suffered the same way. More news is coming in from all over Germany of the same situations.
The media report none of this.
Many people have demonstrated against being overrun by immigrants. In Weissenfels, families were thrown out of an eight unit apartment block and 70 refugees moved in. Small towns of some 2000 to 3000 people are over run by some 5000 to 6000 refugees.
Much civil unrest is apparent and is just boiling under the surface. Europe is in chaos and the do-gooders have totally lost control of the situation. Islam has overwhelmed us.
For the Syrian and Afghan refugees, I have every sympathy and they need help. They should get it. But for the rest, in my view, the state authorities must be firm and send them back. Perhaps it is too late.
Anyway, I thought that you should know that the situation here is pretty grim and I fail to see how it can be resolved. I can only foresee a police state.

Investor sentiment plunged as the socialist leader announced unemployment in France has surged to an 18-year high of 10.6 per cent – plunging the country into a new economic crisis.

It comes as Germany faces the most difficult start to a year in recent memory. Its own industrial production growth has slipped to ZERO per cent and customer confidence has plummeted in a catalogue of disasters for Chancellor Angela Merkel.

An increasingly desperate Mr Hollande has now said he will PAY French employers to hire people in a bid to boost jobs as he sought to restore confidence and said that it was time to address the country’s “broken” economic model.

He said: “Our country has been faced with structural unemployment for two to three decades and this requires that creating jobs becomes our one and only fight.”

France was facing an “uncertain economic climate and persistent unemployment” and there was an “economic and social emergency”, he said.

Firms will get €2,000 (£1,500) when they employ young, unemployed people for at least six months.

There seems to be plenty of folk who think Lawful Rebellion to be some form of anarchy, that it breaks all bonds with the institution of governance. That couldn't be further from the truth. Lawful Rebellion is not Freeman on the Land anarchistic rhetoric!
The point of entering into a state of rebellion against the Crown by obeying the order of the Crown to rebel, distress and distrain, seizing its assets and buildings etc, is to compel the Crown to return to a state of protecting our liberties and administrating the affairs of the country for our benefit.

Like it or not, this realm has a set of laws for all of us regardless of status. The current ruling class has broken these laws with its attempts to enslave the population through its acts of treason. Our stance in obeying the law is not to cut ourselves off from governance but to reinstate it to its former position of a fair and just administration.
Once remedy against the offenses of the Crown are met, it will be our duty to return administrating power back into the hands of trusted individuals and the state of Lawful Rebellion will no longer be required. After this, rebellion will become unlawful unless a new circumstance makes invoking the security clause a necessary action.
Being in Lawful Rebellion is not a removal of oneself but a statement of your wish to have our country fixed and our treasonous ruling classes dealt with via the use of law.
If you follow the freeman thing and surrender your N.I. number, driving license, drive with no insurance, and generally surrender your entire citizenship of Britain and every other nuance they contrive from their ill conceived interpretation of legislation, then you will deserve all the trouble and hassle that action brings to your life.
If, however, you choose to obey the Royal command to piss off the state with all your might without fear, then you hold all the cards. You get to take from the state everything you can without fear of doing anything wrong. Committing legislated offences but not common law crimes is right up there in the terms of distressing them without fear of reprisal. You either swear your oath and do what you are commanded to do, or you do the freeman thing and at worse, find yourself incarcerated or perhaps even dead, who can say?. It's not pretty for those who remain within the system and the only way out is Lawful Rebellion.
Remember, Magna Carta was set up to protect us all with agreements from all three sides of our population, the rulers, the Lords of the lands and the people. An agreement that stands forever and is currently still very much active as the law of the land. Lose your fear and join the rebellion.

The plight of Ann Richardson and the massive case of corruption

Good afternoon rebels,
Now some of you will already be aware of the plight of Ann Richardson and the massive case of corruption and theft committed against her and her family, by a cabal of solicitors, bailiffs and an extremely corrupt (alleged) Judge.
The lawful rebellion movement (Glastonbury) has taken this appalling matter to heart and it is now the FLAGSHIP case of the movement.
One of our honourable group members took on Anne's case and has been acting with power of attorney in this matter for sometime now. At least 40 Notices have been served on all parties involved in this matter so far and we have only just begun!!
All of the individuals are on Notice of article 61's invocation and ALL have acquiesced to the evidential truth in law. We are going after them ALL.
A post detailing the appalling circumstances of this corruption and what we are doing about it will be supplied by our honourable group member very soon.
THIS IS AN APPEAL FOR YOUR HELP to support our actions and to support poor Anne.
They are attempting to STEAL her last remaining shackles of her and her families estate, around £45,000 which is still being held by one of the solicitors (thieves) despite being put on Notice of the lawful truth. Treason Notices are now being served.
How can you help? Well initially we would be grateful for any donations if you can spare a quid? We are going to be descending on North Wales in the near future as the criminal activity that we can clearly evidence must now be reported to North Wales Police Constabulary and, we have put the Chief Constable of North Wales on Notice of the facts for good measure.
Any donations received will be used for expenses, road trips, paperwork etc with all remaining funds being forwarded on to Anne.
We are demanding a properly convened court de jure for the truth of this matter to be heard in a court of law, so that justice can be seen to be done. I am now going after Theresa May (imposter Home Secretary) to demand a hearing under constitutional law. It would be High Treason to deny Anne due process of law. I am also being granted power of attorney in the matter as I would very much like to conduct such a hearing.
Letters of support to Anne would also be much appreciated (address will follow...possibly a c/o address as we don't feel it wise to publish Anne's address on the internet, writing letters of support for Anne's plight to the North Wales police constabulary would also a great help, it can only help if they know that she and we are well supported, state that you demand justice to be done in this case and that you are acting as a common law witness in the matter perhaps...something like that, keep it short and to the point.
More will follow when Davy outlines the facts of this case and posts it in the group.
This case could be the one that brings the whole criminal regime crashing down. If we are unsuccessful then it will only be for the lack of your support, and if that is the case then we may as well pack up and go home...... YOUR COUNTRY NEED YOU NOW!! this is not much to ask. Peace.
