Southend West By-Election Results 
As predicted, the Tories won the Southend West by-election by a landslide with 12,792 votes.
In an INCREDIBLE show of support, our ‘Spoil the Ballot’ campaign saw a staggering 1,084 spoilt ballot papers!
That is a MASSIVE turnout of our people showing their contempt for the Tyrants in Government!
The Psychedelic Movement (a protest vote) were the next on the leader board after the Tories, with 512 protest votes…
That’s less than half the spoilt ballots!
Our message clearly resonated with the wonderful people of Southend West!
This by-election saw the lowest turnout since WW2 and a four-fold increase in spoilt ballots!

Our campaign saw the number of Spoilt Ballots QUADRUPLE!
We told people not to bother voting as a PROTEST!
We knew the Tory Tyrants would keep their seat after the terrorist killing of Sir David Amess, but to see the number of spoilt ballots result in a WHOPPING 6.8% of the turnout is simply outstanding!
I personally want to say a massive thank you to everyone that was involved in this campaign.
We got our message out to all 66,462 of the electorate by using our free Candidate Royal Mail Drop.
Our activists also delivered thousands of our second leaflet throughout the constituency!
