On Monday night there was a television documentary on called WWI: Finding the Lost Battalions regarding attempts to identify the recently discovered bodies of around 250 British and Australian troops who died during the brutal Battle of Fromelles in July 1916, half way through the First World war and who had been buried in unmarked communal graves.

This process had been made more difficult by the fact that most formal identification had been taken from the bodies mostly by the Germans, who had forwards this on to the Red Cross, so that the families of the dead could be informed that their husband, lover or child had fallen and lay amongst the bodies of his comrades in a foreign field.

Hence, in addition to DNA testing, it was necessary to examine other objects which had lain with the bodies for almost a hundred years.

One particularly poignant item, amongst many, was a tiny leather pouch in the shape of a heart, which when the century old stitches were painstakingly unpicked, revealed its long concealed contents, what remained of a lock of hair. The tiny item, evidence of a love torn apart by that cruel war, had been carried into battle by the object of that love and then it had lain with him throughout that century and into the next.

A small fragile token of a love long forgotten, shared by lovers now long dead, but with the power to touch us now in another time and in another world.

As the process continued and as bones were identified families were contacted and notified that the remains of grandfathers, great grandfathers, and in the case of one woman in her late 90’s, the father she had never known had been found.

It was then that the grey and sepia tinted photographs of fresh, handsome and achingly young faces were taken from boxes, passed down through families and stored away in attics, and the stories of those brave young heroes sacrificed so young and in such great numbers, so very long ago, began to be told.

We heard in their own words as their views changes as they realised what they were facing. "It'll be rather fun out there," Lt Charles Phipps, who died aged 20, assured his family in one letter home before heading to France. But a later note told of "the horrible smell of dead bodies in the trenches". The cameras followed Lt Phipps' great-niece, Fenella Tillier, as she travelled to Fromelles to stand on the very trench where he died - then later found his name on a war memorial. "Life isn't fair - and what was it all for?" she wondered aloud, and many of us watching will have wondered the same.

Another story was of a young man called Robert, born in Scotland but raised in Australia, and fighting for the Empire in an Australian regiment. Together with Robert’s own great niece, we read his letters to his mother revealing the excitement of a boy embarking on the adventure that would be his brief but bold manhood. Then we read the letters his hauntingly beautiful fiancé Nancy had sent to her would be mother in law, expressing her grief at the loss of “her boy” and how much she had loved him.

Nancy’s letters had ceased shortly after the war, but the programme traced her and found that she had lived to a sturdy and handsome middle age, married a butcher and named one of her two sons Robert. As the name did not feature in either her, or her husband’s family, we can only surmise that he was named for her lost love, and wonder, with the other Robert’s great niece, whether the husband knew the reason for the choice, or whether it was a secret Nancy hid within her heart.

From Britain alone there are millions of such stories. So many young lovers torn apart never to meet again in this world, so many futures which could have been but never were, so many hopes dreams and plans which came to nothing, and in particular so many young men who sacrificed everything and died terrible deaths for the sake of their country and the love of their homeland.

Those death were terrible, out of respect for the dead no bodies were shown, but one who had seen them said that few looked as if they lay in comfort and most appeared to have died in agony.

What was the purpose of this ocean of death, agony blood and heart ache? what did so many give up so much for? For every one, the purpose was this country, they died for England, Scotland, Wales and Ireland, they died for this land and for its people.

But they were betrayed by man and by women not worthy to walk the land they died for.

Politicians who came after them, and who cared nothing for their sacrifice and to whom such concepts as love, honour and patriotism are beyond their understanding, have betrayed their memory and maybe even rendered their sacrifice meaningless.

Does anyone believe those millions of young men who died for this land would not recoil in horror at what has become of it. They did not for one instant imagine they were dying so that greedy self serving politicians could replace their grandchildren in their home land. They did not die so Britain could be given to Islam.

The biggest lie is the one told when the political scum oozes out of that repository of treachery and deceit beside Parliament Square and claim that the multi-racial experiment being imposed upon the descendants of those who died in the world wars, or in the case of the second war, upon those who survived it in their old age, somehow represents the spirit and principle for which they fought, it does not.

They did not fight suffer and die so that their grandchildren could be disinherited for the sake of a Marxist fantasy, for make no mistake, if our current pack, and I use that word advisedly, of politicians have their way, in less time than the bones of those young soldiers have lain in that field in Northern France, there will be no Britain for those of native British blood to inherit.

The Millions of British soldiers who died in the great conflicts of the 20th Century did not lay down their lives and the futures they could have had in order that their homeland could be given away so that a grasping politician could import some extra votes or keep wages artificially low. They did not sacrifice their chance of love, fatherhood and old age so that vast and growing areas of Britain's towns and cities could become no-go areas, where British people dare not go.

Those who claim otherwise should hang their heads in shame were they able to comprehend the concept.

It is over used expression that the soldiers who fought in World War I were lions led by donkeys and in that respect very little has changed. To this day brave, handsome and achingly young men are being sent to fight and die in wars, by political leaders who are in the very process of betraying them and giving away their country as they die.

That is without question how those young British soldiers who fought for their country and those young Australians who fought for the mother country in the World Wars would see what is happening. It is a mercy they could not see the future and did not know that their deaths may well have been in vain, or that their counties, for Australia is doing the same, would one day betray them.

Within less than fifty years from now the descendants of those British and Australian soldiers who fought in the great world wars of the twentieth Century will be an ethnic minority in the homelands they fought for. If that is not betrayal, then nothing is betrayal.

British people are to blame for mass immigration because they are too lazy to work, Conservative Party immigration minister Damian Green has said.

The shocking attack on British people, which is perfectly in line with the establishment’s classic “blame whitey” tactic, was made by Mr Green in a column in a daily newspaper.

The allegation that there are jobs which British people refuse to do is simply a lie, and to make matters worse, Mr Green knows this to be the case.

Firstly, Mr Green would know that there is a significant gap between the employment rates of indigenous British people and immigrant-descended populations.

Secondly, the real reason why employers “prefer” to give jobs to immigrants is that they can pay them less and can avoid any sort of legal obligation in terms of tax, national insurance contributions and employment contracts.

According to figures released by the Office for National Statistics, unemployment varies greatly amongst racial groups in Britain.

The ONS says that the average unemployment rate by ethnic group in Britain is as follows: White 4 percent; Pakistani 16 percent; Bangladeshi 22 percent; Black Caribbean 12 percent; Indian 7 percent; and Chinese 6 percent (Official for National Statistics, Annual Local Area Labour Force Survey).

Once this racial disparity is factored in, Mr Green’s attack on British people takes on an ominous meaning.

Furthermore, if Mr Green was really concerned about addressing unemployment levels, he would take legislative steps against employers who are dodging legal obligations by paying “cheap” immigrant workers.

The reality is that instead of beefing up border security and the underfunded UK Border Agency, the ConDem regime would rather spend billions on the Afghanistan war and foreign aid.

* According to official figures, the unemployment rate as of 14 July 2010 was 7.8 percent with International Labour Organisation (ILO)-defined unemployment for March to May at 2.47 million people.

In addition, a new poll revealed that the number of applications for every graduate vacancy has surged to nearly 70 while the number of available positions is predicted to fall by nearly 7 percent.

For the fourth year in a row, demand for university places has hit a record high.

At the end of May, there were over 640,000 applications for places this autumn, an increase of nearly 14 percent on last year.

The horrific death toll of British troops in the unwinnable and probably illegal war in Afghanistan rose to 322 today as the ConDem government  announced that even more of your tax money will now be spent in that country.

Another four British soldiers have died needlessly in Helmand province over the last 24 hours. In what is widely seen as a serious escalation, two soldiers were killed on Friday and another two on Saturday, the Ministry of Defence (MoD) has announced.

At least one soldier was killed while trying to dispose of a roadside bomb in southern Nahr-e Saraj.

Last year, the MoD announced that “most” parts of the trigger mechanisms for roadside bombs in Afghanistan were electronic components and mobile telephones purchased in Britain by Islamist supporters.

These goods are legally exported to Pakistan, the MoD said. From there, they are adapted and smuggled across the border into Afghanistan for use against British troops, the MoD said.

The treacherous nature of the war was illustrated last week with the attack by a supposedly “loyal” member of the Afghanistan’s army on sleeping British soldiers.

This cowardly assault saw another four of our brave young men killed, for no reason at all except to satisfy the criminally insane warmongers in London and Washington.

To add insult to injury, the ConDem regime yesterday announced a 40 percent increase in foreign aid to Afghanistan.

Tory International Development Secretary Andrew Mitchell declared that his “number one priority” is to “secure progress” in Afghanistan.

Justifying the massive increase in aid, Mr Mitchell repeated the hoary old lie that Britain is involved in the war to “prevent the Afghan territory from again being used by al Qaida as a base from which to plan attacks on the UK and our allies.”

This outrageous lie has been dismissed by military commanders, defence experts and the only party in Britain to tell the truth about this tragic war, the British National Party.

The reality is exactly opposite to what the liar Mr Mitchell alleges: in fact, the war in Afghanistan has served to increase terrorism in Britain and the world, not the other way round.

The BNP is the only political party to demand an immediate end to this war and the institution of sensible domestic immigration policies to remove the Islamist threat at home.

The Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC) has a staff of over 500 and its Lenin-worshipping immigrant-origin boss spent £40,000 of taxpayers’ money to ferry him seven miles a day to his office, a financial review of that organisation has revealed.

EHCR head Trevor Phillips, already dogged by accusations of waste, mismanagement and blatant political interference in staff appointments, is said to be staggering under the weight of the new allegations which reveal precisely how outrageous his own personal “expense” claims are.

Despite earning £120,000 for this made-up race Gestapo job, Mr Phillips claimed more than £40,000 for a chauffeur-driven car to take him each day from his home in north London to the EHRC’s office near London Bridge.

The journey takes approximately 25 minutes, which is only ten minutes faster than a commute on public transport which would cost a few hundred pounds per year at most.

The embarrassed Mr Phillips, who used to boast about the bust of Lenin he kept on his desk, only stopped using the chauffeur car in May after he realised the review had cottoned on to his little earner.

The report, published last week, contains a damning assessment of abject EHRC management failings.

Earlier, Mr Phillips was the subject of a wave of criticism and attacks from within his own organisation.

Amongst the allegations made against Mr Phillips were that he had “lost the faith of minority groups” and that he had “played the race card to stay in post.”

Last year, one EHRC commissioner, Kay Hampton, resigned in protest after saying that Mr Phillips had said his enemies were trying to oust him because he was a “black man.”

“Nobody is prepared to challenge Trevor for fear of being accused of racism. He has already played the race card in the commission,” Ms Hampton said.

The Liberal Democrat’s “Lord” Dholakia was also quoted as saying that “Mr Phillips has lost the confidence of the black and Asian community.”

Amongst the long list of shady EHRC dealings include the revelation that it unlawfully awarded a £300,000 contract to a company run by one of Mr Phillips' close professional friends.

Juniper TV, a company headed by Dr Samir Shah, who has known Phillips since they worked at LWT in the 1980, was awarded a contract in 2007 to produce My Story, a 30-minute video in which the public and celebrities talked about "difference."

An internal audit found EU procurement rules had not been followed, concerning whether or not the tender for the project should have been advertised across Europe.

The EHRC’s commissioners earn an annual salary of more than £100,000 each.

And this is the organisation which has set as its goal the destruction of the British National Party, all because the BNP is the only political party which dares to stand up for the rights of the indigenous people of these islands.

A United States Marine was taking some college courses
between assignments. He had completed 20 missions in Iraq 
 and Afghanistan . One of the courses had a professor  who 
was an avowed atheist and a member of the ACLU.
One day the professor shocked the class when he came in. 
He looked to the ceiling and flatly stated, "GOD, if you are real, then I want you to knock me off this platform...
I'll give you exactly 15 min." 
The lecture room fell silent. You could hear a pin drop.
Ten minutes went by and the professor proclaimed, "Here I am GOD, I'm still waiting."

It got down to the last couple of minutes, when the Marine got 
out of his chair, went up to the professor and cold-cocked him; 
knocking him off the platform. The professor was out cold.

The Marine went back to his seat and sat there, silently.
The other students were shocked and stunned, and sat there 
looking on in silence. The professor eventually came to, 
noticeably shaken, looked at the Marine and asked, 
 "What in the world is the matter with you?  Why did you do that?"
 
 The Marine calmly replied, 
"GOD was too busy today protecting America's 
soldiers who are protecting your right to say stupid 
stuff and act like an idiot. So He sent me."

Mr Griffin has claimed that after committee meeting it has been revealed to him that the intention of the ruling was to criminalise dissension on the topic of climate change.

Decades of Tory-Labour-Liberal mismanagement have brought Britain to the point where we are about to lose our international credit rating as new figures reveal that the true national debt stands at £4.9 trillion, or nearly three-and-a-half times the country’s Gross Domestic Product.

New figures released by the Office for National Statistics (ONS) have shown that once public sector net debt is added in, Britain’s debt stands at £4.953 trillion. In 2008, the International Monetary Fund put Britain’s Gross Domestic Product at £1.74 trillion.

Standard & Poor (S&P), the world's biggest credit ratings agency, said in a statement that it was keeping its rating of Britain as “negative.”

S&P rates borrowers on a scale from AAA to D and has now threatened to downgrade Britain’s rating.

To make matters worse, S&P also said it did not believe figures put out by the British government’s Office for Budget Responsibility (OBR), which was set up by the ConDem regime to “improve the credibility of economic forecasts that feed into government policy.”

S&P said in its statement that the OBR has “over-estimated the strength of the recovery.”

In S&P's view, the OBR has underestimated economic growth as households and companies reduce record debt levels.

There was therefore, said the OBR, a “material risk” that the national debt would soon reach a level which was “incompatible” with an AAA rating.

The new debt figures, released by the Office for National Statistics (ONS), were calculated by adding in Government liabilities such as public service pension obligations (£1.2 trillion) and “liabilities in unfunded state pension schemes” which account for another £1.35 trillion.

The bankster bailout makes up another £1.5 trillion.

What this means in real terms for the public is that every man, woman and child in Britain has been burdened with a £65,000 share of state debt.

According to reports, an average household “would have to work for five years to pay off its portion.”

The most recently available earnings figures show that average household income last year after taxes and benefits was £29,100.

The British National Party’s runaway success story with regards to fundraising has terrified the establishment to the point where all sorts of lies and rumours have been spread to halt the party’s progress, BNP leader Nick Griffin has said.

Writing in a special email news bulletin, Mr Griffin also dealt with many of the misconceptions and lies which have been circulated in connection with the Midas Consultancy and BNP fundraising.

“Ever since our party was founded in 1982, our fundraising income — i.e. the funds we survive on and can deploy for elections and use to build our organisation — has been negligible, some would say a bit of an embarrassment, nothing like the enormous funds available to the treacherous old gang parties and not even a fraction of the funds needed to save our country,” Mr Griffin wrote.

“The badly limited funds available in the past to mount election campaigns and to build a winning party machine has held back the cause of British Nationalism for decades. Raising money has always been approached in an amateurish way and often as an afterthought.

Fundraising, as any professional will tell you, is a delicate and skilled profession. Successful fundraising involves timing, psychology, administration, procurement of materials, layout and design, preparation, demographics, general mood, temperament of target audience, data analysis and many other crucially important factors.

It is not a game for well-meaning amateurs. It is not as simple as posting off a letter asking for donations — keeping the financial wheels on the fastest growing patriotic political party in Europe is a highly complex and skilled undertaking!

It is common practise for ALL major political parties to hire professional individuals or organisations to provide some kind of skilled service that is beyond the ability of essentially political people.

To presume that ordinary political folk will be naturally gifted with advanced professional skill sets such as marketing, fundraising, training and so on is ludicrous.

For example, Margaret Thatcher hired the advertising/marketing firm Satchi & Satchi in order to provide expert advertising techniques for her election campaigns — the result was the best Conservative Party propaganda campaign ever conceived.

Similarly our most successful campaign — The Battle For Britain 2009 — was the result of our relationship with the Midas Consultancy.

At the end of 2007, the BNP contracted the services of an accomplished fundraising consultancy: the Midas Consultancy. Throughout 2007 up until December, the BNP's income from donations was at the usual low levels.

When December came the Midas Consultancy took the reins and within one month flat raised nearly as much money as the party had done in the preceding 11 months.

Within four weeks the Midas Consultancy virtually doubled our fundraising income for the whole year.

In 2008, with the Midas Consultancy running our fundraising, our total income from donations exploded from a meagre £150,000 (that's minus the figure raised by Midas in December) in 2007 to an enormous £662,217.

This huge fundraising increase allowed us to roll out a large and unprecedented campaign in the Greater London Assembly elections of that year resulting in the most momentous breakthrough to date with the election of Richard Barnbrook to the GLA.

In 2009, under the stewardship of the Midas Consultancy, the party's donations income again exploded to unparalleled heights, rising from £662,217 in 2008 to a gargantuan £1.6 million!

During 2009 this huge acceleration of our fundraising income allowed the BNP to open several new offices, employ new staff to cope with the strain of organisation resulting from our rapid growth, and also mount the BNP's first properly funded election campaign that resulted in the most staggering breakthrough yet for British Nationalism: the election of Chairman Nick Griffin and Andrew Brons to the European Parliament.

First in the GLA elections, and then in the European elections, the BNP's new fundraising power enabled the party to frighten the life out of the establishment, break new records such as the ability to flood Britain with nearly 30 million leaflets, and made possible the most amazing breakthroughs ever achieved by patriotism in Britain.

They say 'money makes the world go round', and that is true in Britain: the parties with the largest budgets normally outgun everyone else.

This upward rocketing of the BNP's electoral success and the rapid increase in the BNP's fundraising has not gone unnoticed.

The media, the establishment and our twisted opponents on the far-left have all noticed the rapid upturn in our success, and they fully understand the root cause: that for the first time professional fundraising, combined with the selfless dedication of our activists and supporters, has made possible real and tangible successes, the kind of successes that increase our credibility and propel us into centre stage and the mainstream.

Our opponents' response to our new fundraising prowess has been hysterical and vicious: starting in the pages of Searchlight magazine, a vast anti-fundraising rumour and smear campaign was launched and has not let up in its intensity. The head of our contracted fundraising consultancy and his young family has been subjected to a disgusting campaign of media intimidation which includes attacks on his children.

Several other business interests and innocent individuals connected to the Midas Consultancy have also been systematically attacked by the far-left as well as the usual Searchlight plants, extremist cranks and malcontent liberals from our own side of the political fence.

Even our hardworking staff in our highly efficient Belfast administration centre have been targeted for exposure by the media, with an endless conveyor belt of smear attacks.

All of these disgusting and underhand activities have one simple objective: to scare off any professional firms from ever working for the party.

Remember, to drop professional fundraising would drag the party back to where we were, small and incapable of mounting fully funded national campaigns or capable of expanding our political administration structures. No funds available equals no prospects for the BNP.

The BNP's fundraising success has even drawn the paranoid attention of the Electoral Commission, who, flabbergasted by the seemingly unbelievable ability of the BNP to draw huge amounts of donations from its supporters, launched a brief investigation into our finances because they couldn't believe we raised such huge amounts without the backing of wealthy individuals!

The BNP now has a comprehensive fundraising machine that could rival any political party in Europe. We have a bulk-mail postal operation with around 55,000 supporters signed up and an electronic fundraising operation based around our website and email bulletins, again with 50,000 signed up.

Thanks to the professional advice provided by Midas, the BNP operates our own successful, fully staffed call centre which has provided £260,000 in profits (from which contrary to the lies of troublemakers Jim Dowson and Midas have not been paid a penny in commission or any other fees) to the party in just over one year. The modern and professional call centre signs up lapsed members, recruits enquiries, upgrades existing memberships and take subscriptions for our publications and so on.

Between these different arms of our fundraising machine, the hopes and aspirations of our members and supporters become a reality because we have the ability to fund campaigns that would otherwise exist only in our heads.

When the Equalities Commission attempted to financially cripple the BNP in the run-up to the general election, the Midas team instituted the 'fundraising workshops' which imparted how to use meetings to raise much larger amounts than we have done traditionally.

This caused a lot of suspicion and scepticism at the time, but doubts quickly evaporated when local branch meetings started to raise enormous sums using the Midas formulae, with collections increasing from a few hundred pounds into the thousands.

This Midas innovation salvaged the BNP's general election campaign from the financial strain imposed by the Equalities Commission attack and allowed us to stand in over 300 parliamentary seats for the first time.

Make no mistake: given the massive pressure we have been put under through the ongoing legal attacks on the party, it would have not been possible for us to survive this long without our fundraising machine.

In short, they are attempting to bleed us dry. If it were not for our fundraisers the legal attacks would have sunk us a long time ago.

The present and ongoing anti-fundraising smear campaign — which was started by Gerry Gable and Searchlight and has been taken up by an unholy alliance of 'hardline' extremists and civic nationalist liberals — has reached a climax at present. With some of the 'knockers' there is little doubt that their stabbing us in the back is motivated by reckless personal ambition but for the leftist opponents at the heart of this black propaganda campaign the aim is simple: to bankrupt the party before next year's crucial PR elections in Wales and Scotland, where we could potentially gain a seat in both — but only if we can provide the fundraising to mount impressive campaigns like we did in the European elections.

And, of course, if we can fend off the horrendous legal bills the Equalities Commission and other legal assailants keep hitting us with.

The BNP's diverse fundraising operation has been the target for a sustained smear campaign, from Searchlight, malcontents, disgraced former employees, troublemakers and the media.

All these groups would love nothing better than the BNP returning to the 'good old days' where our tiny and meagre resources rendered our cause impotent and a laughing stock.

The campaign against the BNP's fundraising takes many forms, from internal malcontents preaching 'self-sufficiency', legal warfare (such as the Equalities Commission), malevolent pressure on our fundraising consultant, poisonous lies originating in Searchlight — all these are a coordinated and deliberate attempt to sabotage the BNP's newly found fundraising prowess, undo all the organisational advances of the last two years and literally to destroy the party.

Q: Why can't we do it ourselves?

A: Because professional fundraising is a complex and skilled profession that requires years of experience to master the various techniques and methods that accompany it.

To say that after two years of roaring and unparalleled success we should ditch our proven consultant and hand the financial safety of the BNP over to well-meaning but totally unskilled political amateurs is absurd in the extreme and perhaps a touch sinister as only our enemies would benefit from such a backward step.

Other political parties hire experts — we are no different.

Q: Has it been successful?

A: The figures speak for themselves. This is why so many people are questioning the motives of those who say we should never utilise the skills of friendly outside consultants and professionals for the benefit of our sacred cause.

Why not? Time is running out for our country and we do not have the luxury of being the 'odd one out' on the political landscape and not exploring the benefits professionals could bring to our cause.

Q: Are the fees justified?

A: There has been a lot of hype and downright lies about the fees paid to the Midas Consultancy (Richard Edmond's farcical statement being a recent example) and there is a need to put these fees in perspective.

Firstly, in reality the Midas involvement with the BNP doesn't cost us a penny because Midas only takes a fee from funds that we would never have seen anyway without the fundraising techniques and methods of the Midas Consultancy.

Secondly, in exchange for fees of £165,000 over two years, Midas has generated a fundraising income for the BNP of £2.3 million — and saved us over £156,000 through their procurement techniques and expertise. Not a bad deal by any yardstick!

Let us also remember that Midas came on board with a one off goodwill appeal for us that netted the party £136,000 in December 2007 and January 2008.

How many people have ever done that for us before?

The Midas fees, originally 7.5% of funds raised, were later capped at a flat fee which equated to less than the percentage, and this fee is significantly less than the industry average for such a service.

Q: Isn't a fundraising pack in the post every few weeks too much?

A: Possibly, but until we reach a membership level of 20,000 it is necessary and we must consider the enormous success that has been achieved via the funds raised by the fundraising packs.

Think of all the breakthroughs that have been achieved over the last two years and then ask yourself: aren't they worth it for the small sacrifice of receiving a fundraising pack every few weeks?

If you don't appreciate the fundraising appeals, then by all means read them and then bin them, or better still, pass them onto someone else.

But always remember, these appeals are the party's lifeline and many thousands of people do appreciate them and do donate to the party.

People may be not always be able to donate every time, but many, especially elderly members and those who are not in touch with an active group, say that the appeal letters keep them in touch with the party's plans and progress, so they are always happy to receive them.

This is a key reason for the party's record renewal rate last year. Every few weeks is the optimal time gap established by the fundraising industry that will generate a stable income for any organisation.

Remember: if they didn't work, we wouldn't use them. The advice from Midas is that when we reach a stable membership base of 20,000 we will be able to be self-sufficient and can then scale back significantly on the fundraising appeals.

This is why we recently launched an experiment where local branches and groups keep all the money that they raise by direct recruitment of new members.

The sooner were there the better, but until we do we should be grateful that we have the fundraising ability to keep us afloat and able to make real progress.

The eurozone is doomed to failure and the British National Party has been the only party to continuously warn of its dangers and the high taxes necessary to pay for our membership of the EU, BNP economics spokesman Andrew Moffat.

“The recent Greek financial crisis demonstrated that investors were not prepared to purchase Greek Government debt (i.e. Greek bonds) excepting at a vast premium to offset the risk of default,” Mr Moffat said.

“In conjunction with the need to roll over debt at short intervals, in uncertain markets, Greek Government bonds have recently yielded double digit figures, despite nearly zero inflation.

“That compares with yields of between 1%-2% on the equivalent short term Sterling maturities, where the guarantees of the British Government are not doubted.

“It has only been the intrusion of the European Central Bank that has enabled the Greek Government to fund itself and the country's liabilities,” Mr Moffat continued.

“In effect, Greece had been shut out of the capital markets:  no one was prepared to buy Greek Government bonds until the ECB provided funding and guarantees.

“Given the recession and the shortfall in governmental revenues, Greece will soon be paying nearly 20% of its GDP in interest charges, to service its growing debt mountain.

“Similar difficulties afflict the governments in Spain, Portugal and Ireland — the latter of which is suffering the effects of a property crash, financed by the banking sector.

“Clearly, the ECB cannot continue to finance the debts of the 'PIGS', the acronym employed to describe this group of countries.

“The EU has created a stability fund of Euro 750bn, raised from a levy on EU members, albeit the Slovakians have complained about their contribution, which

 — like everyone else  — they can ill-afford in straightened circumstances.

“The Euro currency cannot work. It cannot work because of the inappropriate nature of a 'one size fits all'.

“This means that individual nations lose the ability to devalue their currency (the UK thankfully devalued its currency when we left the ERM in 1992, which created economic expansion) to remain competitive and to reduce interest rates.

“The currency is the Euro and the Central Bank is the ECB, which determines interest rates throughout the Eurozone.

“In consequence, the only means for nations to regain competitiveness is to cut wages and government expenditure. That typically creates tension and riots in Mediterranean countries.

“All Western nations are reducing their budget deficits and implementing spending cuts.  Where will the money originate to stimulate new growth and increased governmental revenues?  In the absence of growth, governments must raise taxes, which further depresses incomes and spending ability.

“In the light of this backdrop, it is likely that the governmental deficits in the PIGS countries will deteriorate.  That will make it more difficult for these countries to service their debts.

“Worse, there may enter a period of deflation, when real debts rise.  That provided the backdrop in the 1930s and created political instability in nations such as Spain.

“The Eurozone will lack the financial resources to bail out Greece and the other debtor nations. Greece will be ejected from the Eurozone, followed by other countries.

“The result will be disastrous for those banks throughout the EU, which hold the unpayable debt of the ejected member nations.

“Meanwhile, the ejected nations will find they have to repay their Euro debts with their newly reintroduced and devalued currencies.  There will follow defaults on governmental bonds, leading to more crises within the banking sector.

“The political imperative to create a European union, with its own anthem, heads of state, legislative body, armed services, central bank and supreme court, has not been matched by any competence to control economic forces.

“The British National Party has long warned of these difficulties.  We repeat them here.

“Unemployment, homelessness, bankruptcies and default are the end result of inappropriate currency union. So, too, are the high taxes to pay for the increasingly expensive cement to bind together the cracks, necessitated by our membership of the EU and our obligations to this supranational club.

“The British electorate has been well and truly stitched up in this political ideal, which has never been identified or explained to them.

“There may be an alternative: Germany could be ejected from the eurozone, along with its French collaborator. That way, the Euro would fall and monetary restraint in the ECB could be relaxed. This solution, however, would be politically impossible,” Mr Moffat concluded.

Regardless of the troubles and strife all parties have to go through, including ours, there is always room for humour. Indeed it is necessary for our sanity. And as some commentators on the Green Arrow have pointed out with other articles of mine, the humour does not necessarily go beyond a real future scenario. The picture accompanying this semi humorous article, has a similarity to that of one of the candidates put forward by New labour, after the international gold smuggler and pensions thief, Gordon Brown was unceremoniously helped out of office.

The women in the picture are from Africa, but with voters now being imported into Britain, as seen with the recent brilliant campaign by Richard Barnbrook, in which he still came second, and voting allowed to be imported by the bag load from foreign climes by the thousand, it is not beyond this insane (MOG) Marxist Occupied Government, to actually import a future leader because the position ''is unhealthily white''.

The recent report, boldly proffered by the BBC, said that GCHQ, our number one first line defence and security stop, was ''not diverse enough''. Also, there was a similar report that said: ''One in five people, are now an ethnic minority, and within a few years, the population will reach 78 million''. All true of course, but the one position still ''not diverse enough'' is that of Prime Minister. With America now safely in the hands of ''President'' Obama, and blacks who had never bothered with the political process bussed in to vote en masse to ensure this victory for equality, as we all know, Britain will surely follow.

So, if anyone knows the whereabouts of the lady in the picture, please contact Trevor Phillips, or whatever his real African name is. He's at HQ at least three times a week, and it would give him something else to do instead of attacking the BNP leader. After all, he must surely be very embarrassed indeed to take all that tax payers money of nearly £90,000 per year for just three days a week, him being a Leninist and all that. The post would include an armour plated car, bodyguards from the cream of the cream, a salary that in your own country, would enable you to buy a whole city, a multitude of servants, and all the wine and beer you could throw down your neck.

Whilst we are on the subject of diversity, and our institutions still too white, it might be worth mentioning that the latest crime figures are also far too one dimensional. How so? Well you see, apparently, it is now obvious that whites don't make up enough serious crimes, and that only blacks, Asians, and new arrival ''refugees'' seem to be ''filling'' those horrible, all too smelly and cramped prisons.

So I think a little advice is needed which would help ease our first black Prime Minister into his or her new role. Firstly, if you put more cameras into operation, you can catch more traffic violation, including driving at 32MPH in a 30MPH zone, and then ''offering the criminal a lower price for agreeing to the crime without going to court.'' Secondly, you could increase the prison sentence for white folk accused of racism, to say, 15 years. Thirdly, you could, with help from a £25 an hour interpreter, jail any political leader who says things like: Britain is Full Up, Close The Doors Now. And: The British National Party - Putting The British people First. Plus: Working To Secure A Future For British Children. I mean, with a black British leader, we couldn't have that kind of thing now could we?

Readers will note of course, the last paragraph contains all the things we have seen anyway up to this point, and the only humorous/worrying points are the increases in sentencing and fines. They will surely come, and believe me, if we do end up with an immigrant Prime Minister, the humour will fast fade away. America is now realising all too late that, having an immigrant in the ''White House'', is no joking matter, and having one at No10 Downing Street, will not make this country more equal, but more sick, more burdened with debt, and more like Robert Mugabe's Marxist paradise, Zimbabwe.

Anyway, if anyone knows the lady above, please tell her Trevor Phillips has a car waiting at Heathrow, with a full selection of drinks, a Che' Guevara tee Shirt, and list of nasty white racists, provided by former members of the horrid BNP, who have now seen the light.

12TH JULY 2010: I was able to attend both my AFCO and LIBE committee meetings this afternoon, even though they were held at the same time!

This was the contribution I made to a debate in AFCO on the Citizens' Initiative
"Citizens' initiatives can be seen as a medium of debate and the communication of ideas. They will not, strictly speaking, be decision-making processes.
"Debates involve an exchange of ideas based on a complete range of values. Debates might or might not result in a consensus, based on common values. However, debates, in which the conclusions and the values are prescribed in advance, are not free debates but stage-managed demonstrations of unity that we used to see just over twenty years ago.
"One of the grounds on which a  proposed citizens' initiative might be refused for registration is that it infringes European values. The European Economic and Social Committee has suggested that this ground should be explained more clearly. In my view, this requirement should be scrapped. A prescription, in advance, of the values that citizens of member states are allowed to hold is not direct democracy (as it was described by one of the rapporteurs) but a denial of democracy. It is, in fact a denial of freedom of speech and freedom of thought".
A British Liberal Democrat and member of the ALDE group said that he agreed substantially with this view, because rejection of an initiative on the ground that it infringed European values would be too subjective a judgement. Furthermore, whilst he found many views offended his sensibilities, that was not a ground for suppressing them.
