Homosexual Asylum Ruling Will Open Invasion Gates to UK Even Further

Fundamentally Flawed Homosexual Asylum Ruling Will Open Invasion Gates Even Further

The fundamentally flawed ruling by the Supreme Court that homosexuals have the right to asylum in Britain will “lead to a potentially massive expansion of asylum claims as it could apply to literally millions of people around the world,” Migratiowatch chairman Sir Andrew Green has warned.
Commenting on the ruling that two men, one from Iran and another from the Cameroon, have had their appeals against deportation upheld on the grounds that they might be persecuted if they were sent home, Sir Andrew said that an “applicant has now only to show that he (or she) is homosexual and intends to return and live openly in one of the many countries where it is illegal to be granted asylum in the UK.”
In reality, this ruling means that an “asylum seeker” from anywhere in the world where anti-homosexual sentiment runs high, now has the right to refuge in Britain.
When the Netherlands introduced a similar rule, it found that thousands and thousands of “asylum seekers” discovered they were homosexual after all.
Even asylum seekers in heterosexual relationships with children in the Netherlands suddenly claimed to be have become homosexual. Disproving such a claim is, simply put, impossible. How does an asylum judge “prove” otherwise? How does one prove a homosexual relationship?
Not surprisingly, Tory Home Secretary Theresa May welcomed the Supreme Court ruling saying it was in line with her Government’s pledge not to deport asylum seekers who had fled their countries because their sexuality put them at “proven risk.”
During the election campaign, David Cameron had specifically made a pledge that homosexual asylum seekers from Africa would be encouraged to seek refuge in Britain.
Mar Cameron’s remarks, made in an interview with a prominent homosexual newspaper, were described as a “car crash interview” by the Tory press at the time.
It appears however, that Mr Cameron was not joking, as the new court ruling has shown.
The court ruled that homosexuals have the right of refuge in terms of the 1951 UN Convention on the Status of Refugees, which says that members of a social group are entitled to asylum if they can show they have a well- founded fear of persecution at home.
There is only one answer to this ongoing madness, and that is to declare Britain a non-asylum country.

Job Crisis Faces Young British People as Job Market Shrinks

Crisis Faces Young British People as Job Market Shrinks

The economic catastrophe generated by decades of incompetent Tory and Labour rule has come home to roost with a vengeance upon Britain’s young people as the economy and job market shrinks to near record lows.
According to a poll of employers published by the Association of Graduate Recruiters (AGR), the number of applications for each vacancy has surged to nearly 70 while the number of available positions is set to fall by 7 percent.
This makes it nearly impossible for graduates to get any sort of employment in modern Britain and has created an entire generation of unemployed, all in the name of globalisation and “world markets.”
The AGR polled over 200 firms including Cadbury, Marks & Spencer, JP Morgan and Vodafone and found the number of applications per vacancy had risen to 68.8 this year, the highest number yet.
In the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector, there were a record 205 applications for each available work position.
Carl Gilleard, the association's chief executive, remarked in a newspaper that “any employment is better than no employment [even] if it's about flipping burgers or stacking shelves rather than being sat at home feeling sorry for yourself and vegetating.”
The core reason for the crisis is that Britain’s economy has been built on a foundation of unsustainable rising debt and record trade deficits.
The British National Party wrote in its manifesto at length on the cause of the problem, stating that the “Lab/Lib/Con alliance long ago abandoned any attempt to run the British economy for the benefit of the nation and have surrendered it to the dead hand of EU regulation and a rootless, amorphous globalist philosophy.
“Inept governments, trades union militancy during the ‘60s and ‘70s and the increasing momentum of globalisation have combined to wreak extraordinary damage to the British economy, our industry and technology.”
The only long-term answer to unemployment is not to put increasing numbers of people onto the dole queue (the Lib-Lab-Con’s policy, but which is ultimately financially unsustainable) but rather to boost the manufacturing, scientific and industrial sectors of the British economy.
The demand for skilled workers will only increase once those sectors, destroyed by Tory-Labour greed and ignorance, are back on their feet.
“Britain, which was once a world leader in many technological and scientific fields, has had entire industrial sectors of our economy extirpated,” the BNP manifesto continues.
“Factories, long closed or transferred overseas, cannot be re-opened when vital technical skills have been lost. 'White flight’ or indigenous emigration, estimated to be in the region of half a million per year, has meant the loss of many of our skilled technical workers.
“Any policy designed to repair this damage will take many years to complete and must involve governmental restructuring of both the educational system and the economy.
“The tiger states of East Asia, such as Japan, South Korea and Singapore, operate their economies and industries in the national interest and that is the economic model which Britain should emulate,” the BNP manifesto says.
“Official figures show that our country lacks engineers and scientists, a sad indictment on a nation that has produced approximately 50 percent of the world’s inventions.
“These and other skills, which have been permitted to decline, will be invigorated under a BNP government. We shall offer generous subsidies to students — both in terms of their coursework and accommodation — who embark upon such study.
“Only in this way can new industries, skills and inventions be created upon which the manufacturing, engineering and scientific base of our nation can be reinvigorated.
“We shall also increase funding to the research, scientific and technological departments of our universities, tripling it in the first two years and progressively raising this investment as results accrue.”

"Being an American is not a matter of blood or birth; it's a matter of faith." Says Barak Obama

Defined for convenience

In a speech which Barak Obama made last week, he, the president of America, defined being American as follows. "Being an American" he said "is not a matter of blood or birth; it's a matter of faith."

Given the questions which have still not been answered regarding the president's claim to be a "natural born American" and thus eligible to hold the position of US president, one is tempted to say that is a very convenient definition. The implication being the American people should believe that Obama is eligible to serve as their president not on the basis of proof of eligibility but on the basis of faith, which is another word for a belief which does not rest on logical proof or material evidence.

Belief that "the one" was born in Hawaii because he says so, and belief that a "Certification of Live Birth" is the same thing as a birth certificate because he says it is.

However, Obama's definition of American is even more convenient, and flexible, than that, it is not only the definition which enables him to claim he is eligible for the job be holds, but it is one which, if he is very lucky and very devious, may just enable him to stay in the job.

What Obama was talking about, of course, were the millions of illegal immigrants currently in America, the illegal immigrants he disingenuously continues to claim amount to only 11 million but who's numbers most analysts place closer to 40 million, and those same illegal immigrants who offer Obama his only possible chance of being reelected in 2012.

In less than two years the president has lost the support of the whites who fell for his undefined message of hope and change (you can "believe" in) in 2008, and although, as the recent election of Alivin Greene in South Carolina proves, black voters will vote for a black candidate irrespective of merit, there are not yet enough legal non-white voters in America to guarantee an abject presidential failure a second term in office. That is why Obama, and the Democrats, need the illegal ones, who are statistically far more likely to vote Democrat.

This is why, unless the current US administration has hit upon some other means of circumventing democracy, there will almost certainly be an attempt at an amnesty, otherwise known as "comprehensive immigration reform" within the next two years, possibly before the crucial mid-term elections this coming November.

Some believe that the president may even attempt to pardon millions of illegal aliens by Executive order, thus granting them citizenship, and more importantly, voting rights.

Whatever means is attempted, if the current incumbent of the White House has his way, before the US presidential elections in 2012, tens of millions of illegal aliens will become Americans on the basis of faith, Barak Obama's faith that he has a right to the job he is so self evidently unqualified for.

The Destruction of Britain's Language Culture and the Tower of Babel of the UK Today

The Destruction of Britain's Culture and the Tower of Babel

Immigration has turned many of Britain’s schools into veritable Towers of Babel and one Birmingham school has been forced to acquire special computer translation software to communicate with its flood of immigrant non-English speaking pupils.
A report just out has revealed that 60 percent of pupils at Manor Park Primary School in Aston, Birmingham, now communicate with teachers using the software.
According to a news report, headteacher Jason Smith said the technology “was invaluable. It is the sort of tool that we can use to engage with children who have recently arrived in the country and have very little spoken English.
“It can vary, but at any one time we have 30 plus languages being spoken at the school, so this is invaluable to us,” Mr Smith gushed.
“Last week we enrolled a pupil from Gambia who could only speak a tribal language, so we checked online to see if we had something that closely matched it.
“We found the closest match and both the child and their parent could understand us.”
Apparently the programme allows pupils to type questions into the computer using their “native language” which is then translated verbally into English for the teacher.
The process is then reversed to enable the teacher to “speak” back to the pupil.
Astonishingly, the software comes with on-screen avatars (individual user logos) which are themed around the racial appearance of the pupils.
The avatars include an “Asian man” and a “black African man,” according to reports.
They do not say if it is possible to have an avatar of a “white African man” or of a “white Asian man” because, of course, no such things exist, even though the reverse ethnic description (“black British” or “Asian British”) is always used.
Other avatars which are being prepared include one of a Chinese woman and a Burka-wearing Muslim.
In February this year, the Birmingham City Council announced that non-British pupils now outnumber white children in the city’s primary schools.
According to the report, only 39 percent of primary school kids are of a white British origin.
The latest figures from the Department for Education show 905,610 children in the UK do not speak English as their first language, a rise of 42,750 since last year.
Whites were already a minority in London schools in 2007, according to a report issued by the Department for Children, Schools and Families in that year.
In Tower Hamlets, 15 percent of primary school pupils were classed as white British, while 63 percent come from Bangladeshi families.
In Newham, just under 12 percent of primary pupils are white British, while the figure in Brent's secondaries is seven percent, compared with 36 percent who are classed as Asian, and 24 percent black.
Outside London, areas with the highest concentrations of ethnic minority pupils included Bradford, where 53 percent of the primary school children are classed as white British.
In Blackburn and Manchester, less than 60 percent of primary pupils were white British.
In Leicester, 41 percent were white British, compared with 38 percent of primary pupils who were Asian.
Britain is staggering under a Third World immigration invasion which, left unchecked, will see the extinction of British culture and the ethnic cleansing of British people from their ancient homeland.

Fifth Anniversary of the 7/7 Attacks, Another Police Chief Confirms Accuracy of BNP Anti-Terrorism Policy

Fifth Anniversary of the 7/7 Attacks, Yet Another Police Chief Confirms Accuracy of BNP Anti-Terrorism Policy

On the fifth anniversary of the 7/7 terror attacks in London, yet another senior police anti-terrorism expert has confirmed the accuracy of the British National Party’s policy which ascribed current UK foreign policy as one of the major causes of terrorism in our country.
The warning that British foreign policy was a direct cause of terrorism in Britain was sounded by Dr Robert Lambert, who served for 30 years as an officer in Scotland Yard's special branch, dealing with Irish Republican and al-Qaida terrorism. He was also head of the counter-terrorism Muslim contact unit (MCU).
The British National Party is the only political party to have linked the rise of Islamist terrorism to mass immigration into Britain combined with biased British foreign policy in the Middle East.
That foreign policy, which sees Muslim lands such as Iraq invaded and destroyed on the basis of a pack of the most dreadful lies and deceit, serves to incite Muslims in Britain.
Those Muslims are, of course, only present in Britain because of the mass immigration policies pursued by decades of Tory and Labour misrule.
The BNP, which had this policy position in its election manifesto, has argued that the only solution to Islamist terrorism in Britain is to halt and reverse the immigration invasion and adopt a neutral foreign policy, or at the very least one which serves British interests only.
In an interview with the far leftist extremist Guardian newspaper, Dr Lambert has confirmed that the BNP is correct in this foreign policy assessment.
According to Dr Lambert, “Britain's fight against terrorism has been a disaster, because its flawed, neo-conservative direction alienated Muslims and increased the chances of terrorist attacks.”
“The government was desperate to deny that British foreign policy drove sections of the Muslim community to support or sympathise with al-Qaida.
“What the [7/7] bombers did, and what al-Qaida does successfully, is to exploit widely held grievances,” he told the newspaper.
“That should not be difficult to grasp. The last government spent most of the last five years denying that, looking for other narratives to explain what had happened.
"All this is happening under the shadow of military action … with terrorist groups planning to legitimise their attacks in the UK on the basis of what is happening in Iraq and Afghanistan.
“British policies handed the terrorists propaganda victories,” he continued.
“Such policies included the Iraq war, civilian casualties in Afghanistan, the torture of terror suspects at Guantánamo and elsewhere, rendition, the muted response to Israel's attack on Lebanon and the attempt to hold terror suspects in the UK for 90 days without charge,” Dr Lampert said.
* The former assistant Metropolitan Police commissioner who led the 7/7 investigation, Andy Hayman, has separately warned that there are today “more radicalised Muslims” in Britain today than three years ago.
“Their attack plans are more adventurous and the UK still remains under severe risk,” Mr Hayman said.
According to a press wire report, security agencies are monitoring two active terrorist cells known to be planning attacks in Britain.
The terror cells stand out from dozens of police and security services operations because they discussed methods of attack, including “soft targets” that could result in large-scale civilian casualties, the report said.
In addition, it said that some groups have discussed copying in Britain the 2008 Mumbai attack during which heavily-armed men attacked a hotel, a railway station and a synagogue in a commando-style raid. The British authorities have taken this threat so seriously that they have drawn up plans for how they might counter such an attack.

EU Speech Concerning Iceland By Nick Griffin MEP BNP Strasbourg 7th July 2010

Iceland - Speech By Nick Griffin 7th July

flag_iceland
Here is the text of the hard-hitting speech delivered by Nick Griffin in Strasbourg this morning. As you will discover, no further explanation is necessary.

Madame Chairman

The defining feature of the EU conspiracy, apart from endemic waste and fraud, is that it rides roughshod over the wishes of real people.
The push to bully Iceland into surrendering to EU rule is an example.

Gallop polls reveal that 60% of Icelanders want to retain their freedom by staying out of the EU. Only 26% are now fooled by the pro-Union propaganda of the corporate media.

This is no surprise. Icelanders have the oldest tradition of true democracy in the world. They do not want to exchange it for rule by unelected Commissars.
Icelanders have some of the last great fish stocks in the world. They want to preserve them from being destroyed, as EU membership has destroyed Britain´s fish stocks.

Icelanders are rightly proud of their Viking origins, vibrant culture and identity. EU rule would doom Reykjavik to become a scale model of the Muslim ghettoes of Londonistan, Paris, Brussels and Copenhagen.

So from the belly of the Euro Beast, I urge the people of Iceland: Stay free, say No to European Union.

People Put Last on the Social Housing Queue

How British People Are Put Last on the Social Housing Queue

British people are always put last on social housing queues behind immigrants because they are invariable already classed as “accommodated” as they live with other family members, a whistleblower has told the Daily Mail.
In a shocking inside story, the Daily Mail today published a long interview with a whistleblower working inside a social house agency in London.
The whistleblower, codenamed “Chris,” lifted the lid on how immigrants are ruthlessly exploiting the social housing system.
According to the interview, the social housing system is “designed to help the destitute” but is being abused by “undeserving chancers and cheats.”
The interview then goes on to describe in detail one of the many cases with which Chris had to deal, including that of a recently arrived Somali family who did not want a three story £1 million mansion in central London because it did not come with an automatic right-to-buy discount.
“I thought that question was a bit odd, considering the family supposedly didn't have a penny to their name, which was why they were throwing themselves on the mercy of the good old British taxpayer.
“Where would they get the funds to buy a townhouse in central London? This 'penniless' family also wanted to know whether they got a residents' parking space with the property.
“I had to tell them 'No' to that as well. They shrugged and spread their arms, as if to say: 'How on earth do you expect us to live here? Why are you wasting our time dragging us here?' And off they went,” Chris told the newspaper.
The whistleblower also revealed out the system “rewards those family members who have just stepped off a plane by giving them a wonderful property in a central location, while Britons who have been here for years or even generations have got no chance of getting to the top of the list.”
Chris explained that this is because “British applicants tend to be already living with family — parents, etc. — so technically qualify as being housed. Recent arrivals with kids in tow do not and are given priority.”
He also revealed that a big problem amongst Turkish abusers of the system is that they want properties where they can erect large satellite dishes to watch Turkish TV.
“How are they paying for it? Tenants who are supposedly on the breadline often have luxury goods like plasma TVs,” Chris said.
“Properties with open-plan kitchens can be a problem too, as Somalian or other Muslim 'customers' often don't want a kitchen that opens straight on to a reception room, and these type of houses are always turned down.
“I was given the reason by one man: If he wanted to invite other men around to play cards or whatever, he didn't want them to see his wife making food in the kitchen.
The full shocking interview, which contains many more examples of how Third World immigrants are ripping off the system, can be found here.

Marxist Obama the Kenyan to Dictate to States through use of the Fedral Court

The Obama administration set up a legal battle over states' rights and heightened the political stakes on immigration for both parties by filing a suit to block Arizona's tough new immigration law.

The law, which is set to take effect July 29, makes illegal immigration a state crime and requires police to verify the immigration status of people stopped for other alleged crimes. State lawmakers said they were acting because the federal government has failed to protect the state's border with Mexico from encroachment by illegal immigrants.

Supporters of the law say it is needed to discourage people from crossing into and remaining in the state illegally. Its passage came after years of frustration with the porous southern border, kidnappings and murder.
Arizona Governor Jan Brewer called the federal lawsuit "a massive waste of taxpayer funds" and said the money "could be better used against the violent Mexican cartels than the people of Arizona."
Indeed, some supporters of Tuesday's lawsuit said it brings political risks for the president and his party in competitive states. In Colorado, for example, a recent poll found that 61% of respondents wanted an Arizona-style law for their state. The GOP front-runner for governor, Scott McInnis, supports the Arizona law and vowed to sign a similar measure in Colorado. His likely opponent, Denver Mayor John Hickenlooper, a Democrat, said he would veto such a measure.
In Arizona, where the law has wide support, even Democrats said that suing the state would not be productive. Instead, they have called on the federal government to address the broken immigration system and bolster security.
"The lawsuit is misdirected,'' said Democratic Rep. Harry Mitchell, in an interview Tuesday. "It will not solve anything...Our time would be much better spent fixing these problems.''
Legal experts say the weakest part of the Arizona law is language that makes unlawful presence in the country a state crime. That appears to conflict with federal law, which makes unlawful presence a civil offense but does not classify it as a crime, legal experts say.
But some supporters say the Arizona law has strengths that could provide courts the opportunity to block only some parts of the law, while keeping much of it intact. The law allows other sections to stand even if a portion were to be declared unconstitutional.
Federal law doesn't expressly pre-empt states from passing statutes governing immigrants, said John Eastman, dean of the Chapman University Law School and an unsuccessful candidate for California state attorney general this year. He said the most important part of the Arizona law, allowing state law enforcement to enforce federal law, could survive even if much of the law were thrown out. "I like the chances of succeeding over the Justice Department," he said.
In our UK View it looks like the Big Brother and Kenyan born  President Obama is trying to undermine the will of the people and their sovereignty of Sovereign States in a similar way as the EU has done to the European Democracies.by claiming such a law is unconstitutional , WELL THAT'S RICH! Coming from a unconstitutional President, who I believe was not born on American soil , so is therefore not entitled to hold the office of President anyway!
I can only urge the people of the American States to battle the Federal Government as your freedoms will be eroded in the pursuit of a multi cultural Marxist Islamic hellhole as we are now suffering!

Britain’s Foreign Aid to India: £1.9 Billion. Cost of India’s New International Airport: £1.9 Billion

India has just opened a state-of-the-art international airport in New Delhi which sprawls over 1.5 square miles, has 97 automated walkways, 88 aerobridges and which cost £1.9 billion – exactly the amount which British taxpayers have given that nation in “foreign aid” over the past ten years.
The new airport was opened last Saturday and was showcased at a special ceremony by Prime Minister Manmohan Singh ahead of opening to the public later this month.
"This is a demonstration of what India is truly capable of," Civil Aviation Minister Praful Patel was quoted in press reports as saying at the inauguration ceremony at the Indira Gandhi International Airport.
The airport is India’s third world-class airport after Hyderabad and Bangalore but is by far the largest.
“It's an advertisement of India's ability to create world-class infrastructure," economist DH Pai Panandiker, who heads the independent RPG Goenka Foundation in New Delhi, a private economic think tank, told a news agency.
India has Asia's third-largest economy after China and Japan and its airline passenger traffic rates are among the world's highest.
The International Monetary Fund (IMF) says that India’s GDP is $3 trillion and that Britain’s is $2.2 trillion.
In addition, the IMF says, India has the eleventh largest economy in the world by nominal GDP (just behind Canada, Spain and Brazil) and the fourth largest by purchasing power parity (PPP).
By way of contrast, Britain has the sixth largest economy in the world by both nominal GDPand purchasing power parity (PPP).
In other words, comparatively and literally speaking, the Indian economy is larger than Britain’s.
Despite this, British taxpayers continue to pump foreign aid into India via the Labour-Conservative-Lib Dem foreign aid racket.
To make matters worse, Britain is officially bankrupt and has to borrow the money to make up the foreign aid budget.
Over the last ten years, a total of £1.9 billion has been given to India by the Department for International Development.
The time has come to end the foreign aid swindle and put British people first.

Deadline 2014: The Convergence of Catastrophes and What the BNP Needs to Do, by Nick Griffin

Deadline 2014: The Convergence of Catastrophes and What the BNP Needs to Do, by Nick Griffin

External circumstances are going to produce a political revolution and the British National Party needs to be able to take advantage of the situation, party leader Nick Griffin has said in an important new analysis.
In a document titled Deadline 2004, Mr Griffin provided an overview of the current political circumstances and has mapped out what type of party will be needed to take advantage of those circumstances.
In addition, he has spelled out how much progress has been made in key aspects of our organisation. The document is a long read, but well worth it for all those concerned about the future direction of our party and ultimately our nation
DEADLINE 2014
You must have seen it, you must have felt it - everywhere you turn you can see the symptoms of a System in terminal crisis. We are entering an epoch-changing, history-making, period of drastic - almost unthinkable - change. A time our Viking ancestors would have called Ragnarok, the Twilight of the Gods in which an old world goes down in fire and ice, and which the great French political analyst Guillaume Faye describes as the Convergence of Catastrophes.
It matters to us because this multi-headed crisis guarantees a well-organised, well-led and radical alternative to the doomed Establishment parties at least a fighting chance of gaining the power needed to turn things around and offer workable nationalist solutions to the intractable and inherent problems and contradictions of internationalism.
Financial Catastrophe
The global financial system is entering the second phase of its disintegration: wealth destruction on an unimaginable scale, combined with the largest transfer of assets from the little people to the already super rich in the history of our planet.
The Euro, in particular, is unlikely to survive. While we'll of course be delighted to see such a hammer blow to the undemocratic Europhile project, that doesn't alter the fact that its death-throws will cause all sorts of damage in the real economy as well as the world of high finance.
The desperate measures of the ConDems to make ordinary people pay the bill for the banksters' criminality, far from helping to deal with the problem, are going to make it worse. The coming 20% VAT rate is only the beginning of the pain. Spending cuts of up to 40% will help drive down government spending, but they will also slash tax receipts, increase the cost and waste of unemployment, and create an explosion of social problems and crime.
Interest rates are already effectively at zero (for savers, not borrowers, because the banks are looking after Number 1) and the sovereign debt mountain make further  Quantitative Easing bail-outs impossible without sparking a currency crisis.
The UK's coalition government therefore has no more ammunition in its locker with which to fight the crisis, and nearly everyone else is in the same boat. Cuts are all they have left, but cuts are not just likely to prove politically impossible, they are also all too likely to kill the patient they are supposed to cure.
There is now a very real risk of a period of deflation producing truly grinding poverty as debts continue to grow even as real wealth is destroyed. Then, at some stage beyond that, a last-ditch bout of printing press credit creation is likely to lead to hyper-inflation - a globalised version of the Weimar Republic's infamous wheelbarrows full of banknotes disaster.
The real question is not whether we are going to have a double-dip recession, or a triple-dip recession (Simon Darby's phrase, but you read it here first), but how long it takes before it becomes obvious that this is in fact the Great Depression Mk. II.
Economic Catastrophe & Elite Power Grabs
The Third World and multi-national corporate looting of what remains of the West's manufacturing industry is reaching its destructive climax. The skilled working and middle classes of the nations that gave the world the Industrial Revolution are now obsolete, condemned by internationalist dogma to compete with the endless supply of highly trained but dirt cheap labour of China.
The internationalists - everyone from the Bilderbergers to the European Commission, from the would-be One World Government in the United Nations to the brainwashed Common Purpose cultists in your bankrupt local Health Trust - will press on with their rolling power grab.
Whatever the problem, whether it's a real one like the financial collapse or a phony one like man-made climate change, they will use it as an excuse to take for themselves more power and to impose ever greater burdens of taxation and police state surveillance on the rest of us.
Yet the ever more remote and centralised system they are creating out of the ruins of the Nation State at the end of their wrecking spree not only lacks the democratic mandate and popular sympathy needed to withstand hard . It is also utterly dependent on the abundant, virtually free energy that was the hallmark of the first half of the Oil Age. But it's over.
The End of Cheap Oil - and Multi-Culturalism
The cheap, easy oil has gone forever. Deepwater was not a one-off accident, it is the moment that historians of the collapse of cheap energy globalism will pin-point as the moment Peak Oil ceased to be a theory and became a civilisation-ending fact.
For years, those who have ignored or denied Peak Oil have pointed to the vast reserves still untapped deep below stormy oceans and pretended that there was no difference between these and the oil fields now nearing exhaustion in places like Texas and Mexico. Well, now everyone knows that there is a big difference.
As a result, the coming reluctance to allow the oil companies to exploit other new fields similarly at or beyond the safe limits of drilling technology will lead to an oil price shock the moment there is a hint of a recovery from the forthcoming fresh economic downturn. That in turn will lead to another dash for oil at any price – and in due course to another Deepwater, because that’s what Peak Oil is all about.
In fact, we're not just at Peak Oil. We're at Peak Grain, Peak Copper, Peak Uranium, Peak Fish, Peak Rare Earth Metals. All of which mean we're also inevitably at the Peak of the Milk of Human Kindness. From now on, the liberal elite can organise as many National Brotherhood Weeks as they like; tribalism and Nationalism will be the main currencies of human exchange.
This is when the dark forebodings of the great seers of the 20th Century, true visionaries like Enoch Powell and Jean Raspail, are going to be fulfilled. The multi-cultural experiment may have appeared harmless while there was the money for welfare cheques, brand new community centres and enough police to keep the ghetto-makers in their place.
But now it's about to become a different matter altogether. In England alone, at least a hundred different national and tribal diasporas will each demand their own slice of an ever-shrinking pie. Their imported ancestral hatreds will now fester alongside a growing resentment against the host country for having appeared to be a land of milk and honey, and turned out to be a bankrupt, fried chicken and crumbling concrete slum.
Glass will be broken. Sirens will wail. Cities will burn. The Tiber, and other urban rivers all over Western Europe, will indeed "flow with much blood".
None of this is a recommendation. It's not something we've wanted or worked for. It's not something to which we look forward. Just because we nationalists have long warned of the gathering storm does not mean that we caused it. It is a description of what is going to happen, not a prescription for what should happen.
Clash of Civilisations
It is also a description that everyone outside the ivory towers of the intellectuals knows in their heart of hearts is going to be accurate. Particularly thanks to the crowning folly of all of the evil works of those who set out to deconstruct and destroy Western culture and civilisation, and the peoples who produced them: The deliberate breaching of the old dividing lines between the West and Islam.
On the one hand they have given us mass immigration on a scale that has turned London, Paris, Berlin, Amsterdam and hundreds of other cities and towns into Sharia statelets in waiting. While on the other they are subjecting the Muslim world to economic and military occupations, that seem almost designed to radicalise the 'Islamic street' from Peshwara to Preston.
Having murdered hundreds of thousands of innocent Arab civilians and cannon-fodder conscripts in Iraq, and kept the pot simmering in the Afghan Pipeline War, the criminals in charge are poised to flatten Iran. That move in itself would set of a new version of the 1973 oil crisis, all the worse for the fact that China as well as Japan is heavily dependent on Iranian oil.
However bad the economic impact of the coming attack on Iran, while the superior firepower of 'Western' global capitalism will win the short-term military conflicts in the Middle East, the superior birthrate of the young and well-organised Muslim communities will win the medium-term struggle for the control of the West. In the Clash of Civilisations, demographics are destiny.
No Time for a Soft Party
These then, are the problems which are to us both mortal threat and window of opportunity. They are self-evidently beyond the capacity of a timid, reformist, pro-capitalist civic nationalist party like UKIP or any of the others which come and go every now and again.
They are also beyond the capacity even of a genuine nationalist party if it was to fall for the illusion that electoral power on its own is the Holy Grail. That naive theory is based on the comforting but preposterous idea that, after decades of underhand bullying, goalpost shifting, persecution and subversive infiltration, the Establishment would allow us to contest unhindered a General Election we looked set to win and when we did so give us a congratulatory slap on the back, shake our hands and give us the keys to Number 10.
I hope it doesn't come as a shock when I point out that such touching faith in the innate decency of creatures such as Blair, Brown, Cameron or Clegg is ill-founded. If it does, consider the fate of the Flemish nationalist Vlaams Blok, the most popular and successful political party in the whole of Belgium, banned for being 'a threat to democracy'!
Now, I am not for one moment saying that building our election-winning capability is low on my list of priorities. It is not, as my record of leading the BNP to unparalleled and previous undreamt of electoral successes proves. Winning elections is absolutely crucial, that is not at question, which is why we are working so hard at present to make up for several year's complacency at the top of our Elections Department.
What is at issue is how we can return to winning in the face of the mainstream parties' recent adoption of highly sophisticated call centre and data-handling technologies for voter identification - the key to Labour's wipe out of all the smaller 'alternative' parties across London back in May.
Progress on Building our New Model Election Machine
The answer to that question is one which I outlined in broad terms in a major article on this website very shortly after the election [here]. I am happy to report that Clive Jefferson's new Elections team is making good progress with the first stage of the practical implementation of our plans for future progress.
Much more good news on that front will be forthcoming in due course. For now though, let us come back to the equally crucial point that there is more than coming to power and then being able to use it effectively than simply winning elections.
For a start, there is the fact that a nationalist party whose strength is purely in the ballot box can be painlessly and effortlessly denied its democratic breakthrough by the simple expedient of being banned.
Please note that this is not in any way a call for or some coded hint in favour of armed insurrection or terrorism. Such schoolboy nonsense is not for us, indeed, it is not for anybody in the near total surveillance state which is modern Britain.
Rather, it is a simple fact of recent history that tyrannies (and the EU and its puppet regime in Westminster are tyrannies, albeit at present chocolate coated ones with pink fluffy camouflage on their weapons of coercion) are overthrown not by tiny secretive and violent minorities (the Bolshevik model), nor by ballot-paper wielding majorities (the naive model).
Far more common are mass street protests, often characterised by the wearing of a symbolic colour, backed up by strike action in key sectors such as transport and power. Invariably these are legitimised either by prior but undemocratically frustrated electoral success for the opposition, or by the regime's obdurate refusal to allow elections that they know they would lose. Very often there is also sufficient sympathy for the protesters within the low and middle levels of the army that even that last resort of the tyrant is not an option to the regime.
It is perhaps reasonable to assume that, in a state with a far longer history of genuinely democratic institutions and a residual higher than usual respect for the rule of law, the mere possibility or threat of such mass popular action would be enough to force the parties of a democratically defeated internationalist system to go quietly.
That would certainly fit in with the British political tradition, and remains a possibility, but it is absurd to believe that anything less would compel the Establishment to respect the wishes of the British people to undo the slow motion PC revolution of recent decades.
What Is Needed to Run the Country?
There is also the question of running the country having been elected to do so. A future electoral victory may be registered with a majority at Westminster, or by a pan-European coalition of nationalists in the EU Parliament. In either case, the number of people required to represent and put into legislation the wishes of millions of voters would only be a few hundred.
But to apply that legislation would take several hundred thousand people. Whatever the constitutional fiction, the modern state is not run and directed by elected representatives. The real power to apply or frustrate the will of the majority lies with the civil servants who brief Ministers and put their wishes into action - or not, with the programme controllers and editors who decide what the public hear and see, or with the teachers who shape the minds of the next generation of voters.
This is why even a successful electoral takeover, in itself, cannot be enough to replace even the most disastrously bad internationalist puppet regime with a nationalist one. For if the real levers of power remain in the hands of individuals who remain ideologically committed to the old order of liberal multi-culturalism and corporate greed, then new laws will simply be ignored, much needed reforms will be botched or stalled, and even basic and popular electoral pledges are likely to be unfulfilled.
The Libertarian Alliance spokesman Dr. Sean Gabb has written persuasively on this subject in his must-read book Cultural Revolution, Culture War - how conservatives lost England and how to get it back, which includes some thoroughly practical proposals for dealing with this problem. This includes simply adopting a slash and burn approach to vast swathes of the machinery of the PC and tax-eating servile state. This would not only radically cut the tax bill, but also drastically reduce the number of positions of bureaucratic influence which the incoming nationalist government would have to fill.
Counter-revolution
Even with the adoption of such a strategy, however, there are still a huge number of posts that would have to be filled - or at least overseen - by committed nationalists in order to translate a short-lived electoral triumph into the power and long-term influence needed to push through the broad spectrum nationalist counter-revolution that is the only antidote to the destructive left-liberal cultural and political coup d'etat of recent decades.
Where are we to find the skilled and experienced manpower to do this? To an extent by dint of the fact that the level of public support sufficient to allow us an electoral victory would also be reflected in the attitudes of the people who run the country. But we cannot rely on that alone.
For it is one thing to vote for a radical party at a crisis election, and quite another to play an active role in undoing decades of brainwashing and deliberate destruction. The backbone of the nationalist revolution must therefore be provided by trained cadres, committed nationalists who are not only ideologically sound but also have practical experience of running organisations, handling budgets, training teachers or whatever field they are needed to sort out.
The ideological training can be provided relatively easily through internal party institutions, but the practical experience can only be obtained by years of work before the Great Day in our own parallel institutions. Community organisations, trade union branches, indigenous civil rights campaigns, alternative media outlets and similar counter-culture initiatives examined in brief below, are thus not just of value in their own right during our rise to power. They are also needed to provide the training grounds for people and the testing grounds for ideas and tactics which will be needed to wield that power successfully afterwards.
These are the facts of real politics, and anyone who denies them with fantasies of a fair and honest Establishment allowing us a steady and unimpeded electoral rise to power is either a naïve fool or a plant trying to lead us into a blind alley.
Having established these points, it is time to move from big picture strategy and look at where we are now in purely practical terms.
Two Different Kinds of Progress
In brief, the rise of the BNP will in due course be divided into two parts by movement historians. The first, from 1999 to the beginning of 2008, for all that it also saw some significant organisational steps forward in relative terms, was essentially a narrative of political advances.  The second, from 2008 through to now, despite including the greatest political breakthrough so far with two MEPs elected, will be seen to have been significant overwhelmingly on account of the giant leaps forward in terms of central administrative organisation.
How did this come to pass? In brief, back at the start of 2008 I agreed on behalf of the BNP a contract with a professional fund-raising and management firm, the Midas Consultancy. Run by a fiery Ulster Scot with extensive campaigning experience in the pro-life movement, this has revolutionised the party's central structure over the last two years.
Our fund-raising has soared from a couple of hundred thousand pounds a year to a staggering £1.6 million last year. Various measures to show our members they are truly valued has cut our annual drop-out rate for a shocking 70% per year at the start of that period to a mere 17% per annum last year. The money that Jim Dowson has saved us through his cost-cutting advice and stopping people ripping us off has more than covered the total cost of his professional fees.
As a direct result, we have been able to invest in innovations such as a hugely sophisticated database of members and supporters, our Call and Dispatch Centre in Belfast, effective staff monitoring to ensure that we get value for members' money, and accountancy procedures which give us the same level of financial oversight and transparency as a multi-national corporation, have transformed the effectiveness of the party centre.
The last key pieces of the jigsaw are now being put into place. Perhaps the most important is that, we have just had our first full year of not just having our financial affairs in order in accountancy terms but also of having absolutely every single transaction entered electronically as it has happened.
This means that, for the first time ever in the history of British nationalism, we not only can show that our financial affairs are conducted with complete probity, we are also now in the position to use that full year's figures to work out cash flow forecasts and budgets for the future and to plan ahead, rather than constantly working by guesswork and living from hand-to-mouth.
To anyone with serious business experience this may all sound fairly basic, but for a political organisation, staffed and run by people used to working with politics and ideals, this is a huge step forward.
A Dedicated Team for Staff
The second huge advance which will start to kick in shortly is that we have finally created a team, headed by popular persecuted BNP teacher Adam Walker, backed by Solidarity trade union's employment law specialist Patrick Harrington (who himself is a nationalist old hand who achieved national prominence over his brave and successful fight as a young student against the bigots of the far-left for the right to an education at the University of North London), to put the management and motivation of our staff on a professional footing.
Very early in the Midas contract, Jim Dowson and I decided that we had to get the party's administrative centre straight before working on ways to raise the efficiency of the BNP's regional and local operations. This work of dragging the party centre into the 21st century has not been easy.
The process of imposing even fairly basic commercial employment disciplines (such as time sheets and forward planners) on people who are at heart still political volunteers rather than paid administrative bureaucrats has not always been without friction. But it had to be done. I do not believe that I, or any other party leader, has the right to waste members' money employing individuals who are lazy, incompetent or insubordinate.
Fortunately, while there are still some minor failings to address and gaps to fill, the work of professionalising the central administration is now more or less done. Which means that it is now time to move on to the even bigger job of professionalising our regional and local structure.
This too has to be done. I dread to think, for example, how many members we have failed to sign up in the past because we spend so much of our time in heavy politics to grasp that most people don't get involved in a cause on account of careful consideration of political literature, but because they pick up the enthusiasm and follow the example of a friend who is already involved and who invites them to a social occasion where they suddenly find that they belong and feel at home.
I shudder at the thought of how many new recruits have dropped out after a year because their local organiser didn't bother to contact them or failed to involve them in suitable meetings or activities.
Did you know that, for all our years of canvassing, we have never instituted a programme to train canvassers in elementary sales techniques such as how to overcome objections and to 'close the deal'? Incredible, isn't it? But don't these facts also show how much so far unfilled potential there is just waiting to be tapped?
Once again, however, it won't be easy. There will of course be resistance from the conscious opposition infiltrators and grasses whose job it is not only to provide the inside tidbits that so often grace the pages of Searchlight, but also to agitate against any development that is good for the party.
And we will also get trouble from those individuals will be unable to cope with moves to efficiency or who will resent the monitoring and the targets that will follow the explanations and the training we will provide.
The problem is that we have to break through such personally motivated negativity if our party is truly to become the super efficient machine we need to overcome the thoroughly underhand treatment we all have to endure at the hands of our opponents.
This is the key reason for my decision to step down as party leader at the start of 2014. It gives me a tight three year schedule in which to oversee and take the inevitable flak that will arise from this essential modernisation programme. It is going to make me very unpopular among those officials who cannot or will not raise their game. But it has to be done, and we cannot afford to wait any longer.
My remaining job as the leader who has made this party a winner is to clear the decks and build the organisational superstructure for my successor (who, incidentally, contrary to black propaganda put out by our far-left opponents and those with personal axes to grind, will neither be a member of my family or a recently promoted youngster, however able). This, rather than the political progress made so far, is the real legacy that I intend to create and hand on to the next in the hot seat.
With that done it is then my intention to concentrate completely on my North West constituency in the run-up to the European Elections in June 2014, and hopefully to go on to lead the larger BNP group that is going to be at the centre of a more powerful nationalist resistance block within the European Parliament.
Fighting the EU Superstate
For the plan to create and impose the EU superstate is now so far advanced that it is increasingly likely that the combination of electoral pressure and mass action visualised above as our most likely route to power will not come about at the level of isolated individual nations, but simultaneously across the whole of Europe.
After all, even before the advent of the broadcast media, the national revolutions of 1848 and the Bolshevik ones of 1917 swept across Europe like wildfire, as did later upheavals such as 1968 and the collapse of the Soviet bloc in 1989.
Most significant of all, while the latter two waves of protest and upheaval rolled from one end of the continent to another partly with the help of now old-fasioned broadcast media, they lacked the huge advantage of websites, social networking and mobile phones which are likely to be the main weapons of the freedom fighters of the coming anti-federalist backlash.
All of which makes it at least possible that our liberation from EUrabia - and the simultaneous collapse of what will by then be its totally discredited puppet regimes at a national level - will not come about through our efforts in the UK alone, but through co-ordinated action right across the new Evil Empire.
But, of course, such great moments in history don't just happen, they have to be made to happen. And that's not just by the briefly awakened and momentarily brave crowds who throng the streets and the polling booths at the moments of highest drama. More important still are those who do the groundwork and sow the seeds of organised dissent while the Crowd is still asleep or turning away in fear from the tyrants.
That is our historic role and mission. It is rarely dramatic, and it is never easy. But what needs to be done is clear enough, and so is our collective determination to do it.
My Plans for the Next Three Years - and How YOU Can Help
Exactly what that means in terms of my plans for the British National Party over the next three years will appear in a major article in the forthcoming edition of Identity (sent free to all BNP members).
In the meantime, the starting point has to be to concentrate on turning as many as possible of our 10,000 General Election follow-ups into new members, because plans need people to become reality.
They need to be telephoned by locals to follow up the calls they've already had from our Call Centre. They need to be visited by existing BNP members remarkably like them. Most of all, they need to be invited, and gently dragged, to small-scale social gatherings as near to their homes as possible.
They want to belong, but they are scared of the images conjured up even in thoroughly sympathetic brains by years of media brainwashing.
It may seem a strange way to end this essay that began with heavyweight concepts like the Convergence of Catastrophes, but the way around that is not to try to take them straight away to a noisy political rally, but to hand them a plate by the barbeque and to give them a beer.

Catch the Eye on financial data draft agreement Andrew Brons BNP MEP Speech

Catch the Eye on financial data draft agreement

0.jpg

6TH JULY 2010: This morning Andrew Brons spoke in the European Parliament under the 'Catch the Eye' procedure to a debate on the new draft agreement between the United States and the European Union that will facilitate the transfer of financial data, ostensibly to combat terrorism.
"The so-called safeguard in the new draft agreement is an element of European Union control (Europol) over the extraction in the United States of transferred bulk data. Even if this control were to be exercised in good faith, I do not believe that the individuals (exercising the control) would have the confidence to refuse requests for extraction of data, from the United States, if it were to be said, quite untruthfully, to combat terrorism.
"However, United States foreign policy is much wider than opposition to terrorism and it is quite probable that the U.S. would seek to gain access to financial data that would be used against its wider political opponents and not just to real terrorists.
"My opposition to this Treaty is not limited to its content. The responsibility for treaties affecting sensitive, confidential information belongs properly to sovereign nation states and not to supra-national bodies like the European Union.

EU shouldn't be entering agreements on behalf of Britain

EU shouldn't be entering agreements on behalf of Britain

5TH JULY 2010: This was a contribution by Andrew Brons to a debate in LIBE on a new draft agreement between the United States and the European Union that will facilitate the transfer of financial data, ostensibly to combat terrorism.
"My objections to this agreement are both procedural and substantive.
"Procedurally, I object to the European Union entering into agreements on behalf of (what should be) different sovereign states.
"I also object to the agreement on substantive grounds. The idea of transferred financial data being stored for up to five years is self-evidently excessive.
"Whilst I would hope that we all share the United States' opposition to terrorism, U:S: foreign policy is much wider than opposition to terrorism. Its policy is to follow a highly partisan Middle East policy to which I would prefer a policy of neutrality.
"I do not consider the extraction safeguards (the alleged restrictions on U:S: access to bulk data that will be transferred under the agreement) to be sufficient to prevent personal and confidential data to be used for other foreign policy objectives or for commercial purposes."

British People Facing Largest Domestic Spending Cuts in History While Foreign Aid Budget Blossoms

British People Facing Largest Domestic Spending Cuts in History While Foreign Aid Budget Blossoms

Media reports are abuzz with stories that David Cameron has ordered Ministers to draw up 40 percent spending cuts — while a new report just out has revealed a series of staggeringly stupid projects included in the £9 billion “ring fenced” foreign aid budget.
The rumoured 40 percent cut is 15 percent higher than the figure given by Chancellor George Osborne in his emergency budget speech, and if it comes to pass, will see additional massive job losses across the public sector.
Even a 25 percent cut will see tens of thousands of policemen, teachers, town hall workers and other civil servants end up on the dole and entire sections of the civil service are set to be shut down.
A new report issued by the International Policy Network (IPN) think tank has shocked observers with a new overview of how the foreign aid budget, administered by the Department for International Development, is spent.
According to the IPN report, £3.6 million of DFID has been given to the Labour-supporting TUC for “advocacy and lobbying work to build support for development in the United Kingdom.”
It has yet to be shown exactly how the TUC has lobbied anybody to “support development.”
The IPN report also revealed that £756,000 was spent on a “Strategic Framework Partnership Agreement” which funded TUC training on how to apply for DFID grants.
In addition, the DFID gave £600,000 to set up a think tank called “Connections For Development” (CFD) which has as its aim the provision of a “forum for black and ethnic minority organisations on issues relating to international development.”
A 2007 audit of the CFD found that 40 percent of the members listed on its online presence did not have email addresses, and that the leaders of the organisation displayed a “lack of demonstrable experience in international development.”
Other astonishing grants highlighted in the IPN report include:
- £1 million to the “Global Education Derby” which supposedly teaches primary school children that “unequal development fosters poverty and conflict”;
- £190,000 to the Scottish Development Education Centre to teach nursery and pre-school children about foreign aid on the premise that “attitudes begin to develop at a very young age”;
- £183,375 to the Brighton Peace and Environment Centre for “pictures showing how individuals in different parts of the world are intrinsically linked through the challenge of climate change”;
- £300,000 to the National Union of Teachers to “enable them to become global agents of change”; and
- £1 billion every year to the EU to distribute to “developing countries.”
Caroline Boin, who co-authored the research for the IPN think tank, said: “It is a travesty to add billions to the foreign aid budget in the middle of a national crisis. The Government wants to sack 35,000 police officers while it pours money into a Department notorious for nonsensical projects.”
Once again, the interests of the British people have been put last.

Inquisitions, Heretics, Witches and Racists. and Alike

Inquisitions, Heretics, Witches and Racists.

A mischievous or malicious accusation of racism can find one incarcerated in jail much like the Spanish Inquisition in 1478 when many true and faithful Christians, because of the testimony of enemies, rivals, slaves and other low people—and still less appropriate—without tests of any kind, were accused of heresy and were locked up in secular prisons, tortured and condemned like relapsed heretics, deprived of their goods and properties, and given over to the secular arm to be executed, at great danger to their souls, giving a pernicious example and causing scandal to many.

The purging of society of Witches, history informs us, was stopped by King Coloman of Hungary who declared that witch-hunts should cease because witches did not exist; a very enlightened person for his time I might add. "Neighbourhood witches" were the product of neighbourhood tensions, and were found only in self-sufficient serf village communities where the inhabitants largely rely on each other.

Such accusations follow the breaking of some social norm, and any person part of the normal social exchange could potentially fall under suspicion.

Perhaps history does repeat itself. The modern phenomenon of purges is not as the result of superstition but the shame and fear of being a victim of the purge is the same. Times have changed; modern day connotations of charges of enemies of the people are brought by the enrichers who accuse the enriched, and the colonizers that accuse those being colonised of being racists because they object to unwanted ‘cultural enrichment’ by primitive people and to the colonization of their lands.

The political establishment who through self preservation continue to use a contemporary type of inquisition to those opposed to their plan of ethnic dilution and eventual destruction. The powerful, wealthy clergy who through the ages have sexually violated the bodies of young children still have strong political muscle and influence, and like their predecessors preach their bigoted diatribe from the pulpits to the frightened people; they will even throw baseless accusations at political parties and still have the temerity to call themselves God’s disciples.

It has reached a disturbing stage where teachers will accuse a child of racism; one child will even accuse another, purges like inquisitions whether religious or superstitious are designed to keep the peasants in a continual state of concern and controlled servitude. It is only in the private, comfortable sanctuary of one's home and amongst one’s closest friends and out of earshot of strangers that one can be free to speak of their concerns for their future.

We don’t have religious tribunals any more but we do have departments of inquisitors like the EHRC led by an ebony representative of the colonizers and enrichers whose position is the surveillance of the faithful and the punishment of the transgressors. To add insult to injury he even sexually mates with a female of those peasants being colonised. The EHRC’s sole reason for being is to use threats of incarceration and to purge society of the peasants who express resentment to the destruction of their identity and theft of their land.

It has almost reaches a stage of frenzy. But unlike accusations of witches and heretics the purpose of the use of the word racist is not of the result of superstition but of something much more sinister, the reshaping of Europe.

Never in our nations long and glorious history have treachery and sedition been so blatant by our traitorous leaders. Never has a whole ethnic society whose resentment to being overwhelmed and discriminated against been silenced by a comparatively few people.

The modern heretic is ‘THE RACIST’. That is title that is ascribed to anyone who openly opposes their loss of their identity, their culture and the deliberate overwhelming of their homeland by violent peoples of cultures so alien to theirs, and of the violation of their basic human rights of self determination by government decree.

Exposed: Conservative “Temporary Cap” on Immigration Is a Hoax

Exposed: Tory’s “Temporary Cap” on Immigration Is a Hoax

The Tory “temporary immigration cap” to Britain has been exposed as yet another hoax with the Home Office confession that it excludes Intra-Company Transfer (ICT) programmes, which in 2008 let 43,495 non-EU workers into Britain, nearly 20,000 more than the Conservative’s stated “cap” limit.
ICT transfers allow foreign companies with offices in Britain to transfer their own employees to here from anywhere in the world. ICT transfers are over and above what the ConDem regime seeks to keep as a “cap” limit of 24,400.
The depth of the Tory deception became apparent with a comparison between the figures quoted by Home Secretary Theresa and the number of Indian IT workers allowed into Britain under the ICT scheme.
Figures released last August by Ann Swain, chief executive of the Association of Professional Staffing Companies (APSCo), showed that ICT programmes resulted in the transfer of 29,240 foreign IT workers alone into Britain during the during the 2008/2009 year.
According to Ms Swain, IT workers in particular accounted for the importation of non-European workers into the UK at twice the rate of all other types of professional skills combined.
“Despite the downturn creating an ample supply of settled UK IT staff, almost 30,000 computer workers from outside of the European Union were brought to the country in 2008,” Ms Swain said.
This figure, Ms Swain said, was more than double the number (14,255) who entered the UK on ICTs that year to work in all the other professional service sectors, including telecoms, combined.
This means that in one year, 43,495 non-EU workers entered Britain using the ICT programme.
Under current ICT rules, employers can effectively bypass UK job-seekers, who command higher pay than their overseas counterparts, as they have no obligation to advertise the roles.
Unlike other non-EU workers who must be employed at the company for a year before they can be transferred, graduates would be eligible for an ICT from the third month of work.
“The irony is that while graduate level IT jobs are being outsourced to India it is now being proposed that it should be easier for Indian IT graduates to work in the UK at a time when there are few if any skill shortages at that level,” Ms Swain said last year.
One Indian company, Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), sponsored 4,600 of its employees to come to Britain in 2008 through ICTs, according to new Home Office data.
Another Indian company, Infosys Technologies Limited, sponsored 3,235 foreigners to come to the UK in the same year, while a third, Wipro Technologies, brought in 2,420.
Indians make up 70 percent of the migrants brought to Britain on ICTs, while others are from nations including the US, South Africa, Japan and China.
