The public is increasingly angry over the illegal war in Afghanistan and are showing it on the streets of Salford by expressing support for the British National Party, reports organiser Gary Tumulty.

“The loyal and hardworking activists of Salford BNP distributed more than 200 copies of the latest Voice of Freedom newspaper this past weekend and topped it off with a 2000-strong leafleting session in one of our key wards,” Mr Tumulty said.

“The main issue over which the public has expressed an opinion is the LIB-Lab-Con’s decision to keep our troops in Afghanistan,” he continued.

“Salfordians are outraged that our boys and girls being brought home in coffins for a war in favour of which Salford MP Hazel Blears voted.

“Salford people are now getting the message that the BNP is the only party which demands an immediate withdrawal of our troops from that pointless war,” Mr Tumulty said.

“If the level of support we experienced over the weekend is anything to go by, then we stand a very good chance of making a breakthrough into the council here in the 2011 local elections.

“We are already busy selecting our candidates for these elections and will start making them visible in their target wards over the next few months,” he concluded.

The Conservative Party has once again betrayed its supporters, principles and election promises to “roll back” EU powers by agreeing to even more intrusive powers from the superstate.

The latest flip-flop policy decision will allow police officers from other EU member states to spy on an arrest British citizens in Britain for crimes in those other countries, even if they are not crimes here.

According to reports, foreign police will be able to travel to Britain and take part in the arrest of British nationals, place them under surveillance, bug telephone conversations, monitor bank accounts and demand fingerprints, DNA or blood samples.

Even more shockingly, anyone British person who refuses to comply with such a demand can be arrested by British police.

The Tory turnaround is a natural consequence of their coalition with the pro-EU Lid-Dem party, although it was obvious to all sensible observers that David Cameron had no intention of “rolling back” EU powers.

Such a “roll back” policy is impossible under the terms of the Lisbon Treaty, as the British National Party alone pointed out.

The choice was always quite clear: accept the terms of the Lisbon Treaty or leave the UE. The Tory leadership simply lied to their voters by promising some half measure.

A statement issued by campaign group Fair Trials International said that the new rules would allow, for example, Spanish police investigating a murder in a nightclub to demand the details of every British citizen who flew to the country in the month the offence took place.

The new powers are known as the European Investigation Order (EIO). Fair Trials International has demanded that Britain stay out of the EIO, saying that it will bring “miscarriages of justice and civil liberties abuses.”

It has also expressed concern over the fact that British police will now be forced to investigate activities which are not even criminal offences in Britain.

The EU has therefore made yet another power grab in its march to utterly destroy the national sovereignty of all European nations and needs to be resisted more strongly than ever before.

Black criminal gang violence is destroying many of Britain’s inner cities and the time has come for the establishment to stop pretending it is not happening and admit that their disastrous mass immigration policies are the primary cause of this disaster.

The news report, which of course fails to mention race as a factor, blames the violence on gangs such as the “London Field Boys” and the “Hoxton Boys” – both notorious black gangs in the area.

Hackney has one of the highest rates of shootings and stabbings in the country, and one of the largest concentration of black “youths” in London.

According to the book Guns and Gangs — Inside Black Gun Crime, by former BBC home affairs correspondent Graeme McLagan, black gun crime is a “hugely unreported but important modern-day problem - an expensive problem both in terms of money and young lives.

“After terrorism, the single greatest worry for law enforcement agencies is gun crime, and in particular the so-called `black on black` shootings,” reviews of his book said.

According to his figures, black people are the victims of three quarters of the capital`s gun murders and non-fatal shootings. The shooters in 80 per cent of cases are also black.

“The real-life stories are even more shocking. Parents gagged and shot while their children cower under the bed, an innocent women shot for her flashy car, men gunned down simply for showing 'disrespect',” reviews of Mr McLagan’s book read.

“The police have since launched numerous operations to tackle the problem (the big turning point for which came after the murder of black teenager Stephen Lawrence) but most of these operations have been kept secret over the years - until now.

“The book also describes in detail the difficult and complex operations to catch key players, the community's fear of cooperation and the problem of witness protection.

“Birmingham, Bristol, Manchester and Nottingham are other cities where life is terrifyingly cheap.

“Murders of children, like Toni-Ann Byfield, the seven-year-old killed with her guardian, crack dealer Bertram Byfield, in October 2003, or 14-year-old Danielle Beccan, shot from a car on her way home from a Nottingham fair a year later, make headlines. But the regularity and similarity of the vast majority of shootings involving those caught up in drug and gang wars mean they attract far less media attention, despite the devastation of dozens of families and the catastrophic effect on neighbourhoods and communities.

“McLagan traces the trends, from the rise of the Jamaican Yardies and the emergence of large scale crack-cocaine dealing in the late 1980s, to the macho posturing of a new generation of British-born black gangs, whose twisted ideals of "respect" and "revenge" have led to people being shot over the most trivial incidents.

“He explores some theories for the prevalence of gun crime among black British youths. He touches on lack of job prospects, the well-documented but largely unexplained educational failure of many black boys, and the dearth of positive male role models in early childhood.

“More than half of the black families in the UK are brought up by one parent, overwhelmingly the mother, compared to one in four white families and one in 10 Indians, according to a 2002 Office of National Statistics report.”

McLagan reports that white police officers “are greeted with sneers and laughter” if they try to tell a young black audience why they should turn away from gun crime.

* The British National Party is adamant that this problem can only be addressed by halting and reversing the tidal wave of Third World immigration into Britain.

It is not acceptable to continually blame white British people for the behaviour of ethnic populations, and if the current situation is left to develop without intervention, this Third World chaos will simply engulf and destroy all of Britain.

— Two weeks before the election this year, Sandy Walkington, a Liberal Democrat candidate for St Albans said, “We’re all mongrels. I mean, this country is the most mongrel country in the world. In 200 years we’ll all be coffee-coloured — and I’ve got no problem with that.” It is outrageous and deeply offensive that politicians, the media and left-wing celebrities have promoted the lie that we are somehow all basically from mixed breeding stock in order to legitimise the invasion by hordes of foreigners.

Eddie Izzard said in his TV series Mongrel Britain, “our country has been massively diverse for most of its history — a blend of Angles, Saxons, Romans, Vikings, Celts.” But the history of the British people shows that we have been here for thousands of years and that past invasions have contributed no more than five percent to our population.

Izzard speaks with excitement about “rich diversity” and “a dynamic and vibrant mix of foreign genes.” Yet there is nothing vibrant or dynamic about losing your job to cheap Eastern European workers or finding that you can’t spot a white face in your high street.

The diversity he speaks of isn’t rich. The UK is poorer as a result of free handouts for immigrants and gifts to third world countries. Our cultural heritage has been savaged as we are forced to accept barbaric religions and the criminal scamming culture that we always knew was present in poor countries.

How dare they smile condescendingly while they attempt to change history and teach us that we owe everything, as Izzard claims, to “waves of invasion, centuries of immigration and floods of foreign ideas.”

The numbers of invaders were in fact few — mostly only in the tens of thousands and, crucially, all of the invaders’ origins were limited to northern Europe. This is supported fully by up-to-date genetic evidence in the book Four Flags: The Indigenous People of Great Britain by Arthur Kemp.

Kemp presents genetic evidence proving that the vast majority of British people have ancestors going back 12,000 years when haplogroups R1b, I and R1a spread northwards. British people with the R1b1 DNA haplotypes have on average a 74 percent homogeneity, with the remainder coming from countries just across the sea.

Historical records offer proof as well: The Romans invaded in AD 43 with an army of 40–45,000 men but only 16,000 legionaries were stationed here afterwards.

Estimates for the population at that time are around 1.5 million; therefore, the effect of this invasion was one to two percent (Eagles Over Britannia: The Roman Army in Britain by Guy de la Bedoyere).

“In the sixth century the Anglo-Saxon element in the population of Britain amounted to no more than fifty to a hundred thousand” (Arthur’s Britain: History and Archaeology AD 367–634 by Leslie Alcock). Therefore, the Anglo-Saxon contribution would be somewhere between three and six percent. DNA evidence shows that the R1a Haplogroup for Anglo-Saxons in England is 4.5 percent, a remarkable correlation (Kemp, ibid).

Between 789–1104 AD, the Vikings were known for their ferocious attacks on villages but only small numbers actually settled. War bands were tiny: “from seven to thirty-five a band and above three dozen an army” (Anglo-Saxon England by Lloyd and Jennifer Laing).

After the Norman Conquest, William, Duke of Normandy, dismissed his mercenaries and nearly all returned to France. “The probability is that the Continental settlement did not involve more than 10,000 people — and perhaps as few as 5,000” (Offshore Islanders: From Roman Occupation to European Entry by Paul Johnson). “England simply acquired a new ruling class,” writes Johnson. 

The Flemish and Walloons came from what is now Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxemburg and parts of northern France and Germany. About 16,000 were recorded in 1440, which was less than one percent. The population at the time was estimated between two and 2.5 million, and had diminished as a result of the Black Death (Roots of the Future: An Education Pack for Exploring Ethnic Diversity in Britain by Peter White).

The Jews also settled at various periods in history but did not approve of marriage to Gentiles. In 1290, the community of around 5,000 was expelled by Edward I.

They returned slowly and by 1815, there were around 20–30,000. Around 55,000 Jews arrived between 1933 and 1939. Britain’s population was at 40 million in 1940, and therefore the Jewish contribution was at most 0.3 percent.

Throughout the eighteenth and nineteenth centuries, there was a small trickle of people from all over Europe. In England and Wales, the 1871 census recorded 32,823 Germans, an Italian population of 5,063, again not significant amounts compared to the population of 20 million.

The Commission for Racial Equality (CRE) estimates 50,000 Huguenot and 80,000 French Protestants arrived between 1680 and 1720. About 40,000 of these left for America. However, around 1685, the population of Britain was four to 4.5 million, meaning that the contribution was still only about two percent (White, ibid; and Alien Immigrants to England by W Cunningham).

Between 1600 and 1800, people didn’t welcome foreigners with open arms and intermarriage of any sort was infrequent. Even when William of Orange came to England to unseat the unpopular James II, he was accompanied only by approximately 11,000 foot and 4,000 horse soldiers. The effect of his invasion was once again small.

The marriages between kings and queens of Europe and their relative squabbles did not have much of a bearing on the poor, often starving, ordinary people who mostly stayed where they were for thousands of years.

Possibly one of the best examples is Cheddar Gorge Man who is an example of how people have stayed where they were for thousands of years.

The remains of Cheddar Man were excavated in 1903 and have been dated at around 7,150 BC. In 1996, his DNA was profiled and a sample from 20 residents of a nearby village was taken. It produced two exact matches and one match with a single mutation. The close match was a history teacher named Adrian Targett. What this means is incredible — these people are direct descendants of Cheddar Man and still live in the same area, nearly 10,000 years later.

The historical and genetic evidence support the fact that there is indeed a native people of Britain who have a right to this land. We have as much right as the American Indians, Aborigines or Maoris. There were invasions and a small amount of migration but, as has been already stated, these were from people just across the channel.

So why do they wish to convince us that we are all mixed race? The agenda of previous Labour and Conservative governments have only ever been concerned about re-election at any cost.

They know that importing cheap workers will provide short-term prosperity and thus they will secure re-election. By offering free handouts to immigrants they know that when the time comes they can count on the ethnic vote.

The proof is here. They have betrayed their own people.

The erasure of the native British people today has already begun and it is legitimised by whitewashing over our truthful British history with lies. Don’t stand for it.

White Zimbabweans used to tell a joke—what is the difference between a tourist and a racist? The answer—about a week.

Few seem to joke any more. Indeed, the last time anyone laughed out there was over the memorable headline “BANANA CHARGED WITH SODOMY” (relating to the Reverend Canaan Banana and his alleged proclivities). Zimbabwe was just the latest African state to squander its potential, to swap civil society for civil strife and pile high its corpses. Then the wrecking virus moves on and a fresh spasm of violence erupts elsewhere. Congo, Ivory Coast, Sudan, Rwanda, Sierra Leone, even Kenya. Take your pick, for it is the essence of Africa, the recurring A-Z of horror. And as surely as Nelson Mandela took those steps from captivity to freedom, his own country will doubtless shuffle into chaos and ruin.

Mark my words. One day it will be the turn of South Africa to revert to type, its farms that lie wasted and its towns that are battle zones, its dreams and expectations that lie rotting on the veldt. That is the way of things. Africa rarely surprises, it simply continues to appall.

A Conservative MP has been warned he could face legal action if he refuses to meet constituents who wear burkas or niqabs, which hide their faces.

Lawyers for pressure group Liberty have written to Philip Hollobone stating the Equality Act obliges him to avoid discrimination.

This is just showing once again how Enoch Powell's famous speech has come to fruition, in were is stated quite clearly, " that soon the Black man would hold the whip hand over the white man" of this nation.

Their are a couple of thing I would like to ask, one is who funds these groups such as liberty and also why these groups have such open double standards of allowing women in the 21st century to be oppressed in such a Medieval oppressive dress code.
In my mind the first point the is that the Marxist political elite now running Parliament fund such groups as Liberty & the EHCR to subvert the natural law of free speech paid for the blood of millions in this nation, while appearing not directly involved.
On the second point it is quite obvious that the type of mindless morons involved in groups such as Liberty are nothing but open Marxists who do not give a damm about the freedom of a woman's choice of clothing , but have their own agenda . mainly of f closing down the peoples free speech or debate by the use of the laws their closet Marxists pals in Parliament Pass under the guise of a tolerance agenda.
Or even worse they are  deluded do gooders who lacking imagination or fore sight cannot see that they are sowing the seeds of their own destruction, by their misguided actions.
 It is now time for the British People to take action against these Political Monsters that now are hell bent on the destruction of this Nation it,s People and Culture.

Since the end of the Civil War, America has embarked on a policy of “racial appeasement,” or gifting minority populations with money and power to stave off the inevitable conflict brought on by diversity. As America wakes up to how easily an accusation of racism can crush a career, people are re-thinking racial appeasement and thinking instead of options to diversity.
Picture this for a movie:
On planet Raeth, injustice reigns. The ruling group, Aucascians, have oppressed the Friacans, who don’t have technology and have been in the past cruelly enslaved and used as cheap labor. When a few people of good moral character figure this out, they band together to help the Friacans gain political power. Eventually, a Friacan is elected with the promise that racial antagonism will end, Friacans and Aucascians will breed together into a new race, and peace will reign forever.
Except that it doesn’t happen. The movie doesn’t end there; instead we see the Friacan president struggling, realizing that he has to both make Friacans like him, and avoid having the Aucascians feel attacked. He starts trying to transfer wealth and power to the Friacans, which makes the Aucascians realize: now we’re the target, and soon we’ll be oppressed like the Friacans were, if we don’t do something about it.
Sound familiar?
When we elected Barack Obama, his constituents hoped for many things. The white people who voted for him were primarily young and inexperienced; 95% of black people voted for him, as did many members of other ethnic groups. They elected him for the same reason they elected Bill Clinton, which was a hope for racial reconciliation and a happy ever after story.
Instead they got an intensification of racial resentment. Race relations are probably more tense now that at any previous time except the morning after the Watts riots wound down. Both groups are slowly starting to realize: in a diverse society, one group has to be on top. Both can’t be. Even more, if you try to “raise up” one group, you’re going to do it at the expense of the other, and then they’ll hate each other.
Brushing past the insane racists (people who hate black people and consider them inferior) and insane anti-racists (who consider wanting to be of your own race to be racist) we can see that this problem has no end. The problem isn’t white people. It isn’t black people. It’s diversity.

Never in recorded history has diversity been anything but a problem. Look at Ireland with its Protestant and Catholic populations, Canada with its French and English populations, Israel with its Jewish and Palestinian populations.
Or consider the warring factions in India, Sri Lanka, China, Iraq, Czechoslovakia (until it happily split up), the Balkans and Chechnya. Also look at the festering hotbeds of tribal warfare — I mean the beautiful mosaics — in Third World hellholes like Afghanistan, Rwanda and South Central, L.A.
“Diversity” is a difficulty to be overcome, not an advantage to be sought. True, America does a better job than most at accommodating a diverse population. We also do a better job at curing cancer and containing pollution. But no one goes around mindlessly exclaiming: “Cancer is a strength!” “Pollution is our greatest asset!” – Ann Coulter

Very few people would voice this sentiment because the populist political parties — those most popular with those who are least invested in understanding the mechanism of governance and economics — tend to group together “critics of any attribute of diversity” with “racists: those who hate black people.”
But the facade has been cracking. After Andrew Briedbart trolled the left by showing them how damaging an unsourced whisper of “racism” could be, people are starting to realize that the situation is unstable. Blacks aren’t happy; whites aren’t happy. Other ethnic groups are caught in the middle, but all ethnic groups are starting to realize that one ethnic group must rule us — trying to split the power isn’t working and cannot work.
Interestingly, the same thing is happening in Europe, where immigrants from backgrounds as varied as Turks, Arabs, Africans and Asians are finding it hard to integrate. They find themselves in ghettoes, despising the local population and in turn being despised, while governments make more laws to prevent discrimination and write more checks to subsidize them.
We’re even seeing people on the left trying to compete with the Tea Party for the white middle class vote, since not only are those people numerous, but they’re economically, socially and politically important as a creative force in America.
The Tea Party was a classic Libertarian backlash: we don’t want the entitlement state, and we don’t want a moral government telling us how to think, especially if that thinking includes a morality of self-destruction. Tea Party logic is that if other ethnic groups can demand self-serving change, so can white people, starting with the elimination of politically privileged ethnic groups.
In other words, if we’re going to be fair, we should apply the same standards to everyone. If a black person isn’t racist for wanting to marry a black person, then a white person should not be racist for wanting to marry a white person. If “black power” is socially acceptable, “white power” should be too. That’s real diversity. But it’s not what the left has been supporting; instead, in their view, only white people can be racist. That got old real fast.

The injustices endured by black Americans at the hands of their own government have no parallel in our history, not only during the period of slavery but also in the Jim Crow era that followed. But the extrapolation of this logic to all “people of color”—especially since 1965, when new immigration laws dramatically altered the demographic makeup of the U.S.—moved affirmative action away from remediation and toward discrimination, this time against whites.

Policy makers ignored such disparities within America’s white cultures when, in advancing minority diversity programs, they treated whites as a fungible monolith. Also lost on these policy makers were the differences in economic and educational attainment among nonwhite cultures. Thus nonwhite groups received special consideration in a wide variety of areas including business startups, academic admissions, job promotions and lucrative government contracts. – “Diversity and the Myth of White Privilege,” James Webb, Wall Street Journal

In other words, we can’t expect to force people to be equal and we can’t fix the past by discriminating against Caucasians. This makes sense, but Webb is serving democratic interests here by trying to apply a band-aid to a situation that’s ready to explode.
Think about two salient facts:

• Everywhere diversity has been tried, it has brought conflict and instability. This applies to diversity of ethnic/racial groups as well as religion, radical political differences, or radical leaps in ability or economic power (class/caste). People like to point to the West and say, “See, it’s working out OK, especially in Canada” forgetting that diversity on any measurable scale has only been in effect for thirty to forty years, which from a historical viewpoint is less than the blink of an eye. What does other modern and ancient history show us? That diversity causes conflict and ultimately destabilizes a nation, leaving behind a society of the third world type.
• Different ethnic groups evolved differently. We shouldn’t worry about whether this extends to the potential or abilities of individuals, but should point out that no continent was ever completely dominated by a foreign authority. Had these continents wanted to invented technology, they could have but did not. Evidence suggests that limited efforts were made along those lines. So there’s a reason why some groups, notably Jews, Western Europeans, and North Asians succeed and still stay on top of the game: they developed along these directions and maintain the ability to do so. It’s not racist to admit this, since these are subsets of races rather than racial groups in themselves.

We can at this point either face history, and see that the diversity experiment in America is doomed to failure because someone must always rule and everyone else will rebel, or continue our “out of sight, out of mind” policy of racial appeasement. Policies of racial appeasement:

• The welfare state. We’ll transfer money from others to you if you’re having trouble.
• Affirmative action. We’ll put you first in line, maybe that’ll help.
• Political correctness. We’ll insist you are magical, innocent and vital so that you become symbolically important.
• Conflict avoidance. If a white cop shoots a black guy in Oakland, we’ll lock down the city and excuse you if you riot. It’s not your fault; you were wronged.
• Anti-discrimination legislation. As much a handout as legal redress, this enables you to sue someone if you don’t get hired or rented to, even if you’re incompetent or dangerous, as some individuals of all ethnies and races are.
• We’ll elect one of you. Barack Obama has less experience, a past with less documentation or evidence of competence, and less experience with decision-making than any president in history. He was elected because he was black and we hoped that would end the race debacle.

Racial appeasement ran its course because it appeared to be the path of least resistance. After a disastrous civil war, no one wanted to bother with partitioning the United States, or even repatriating its former slaves with compensation. Through the next generations, race riots were commonplace about every decade, and appeasement was the policy there, too.
Horrible racist injustices did happen, as did cruelty, but the perpetrators have been punished where caught, and now are thoroughly marginalized especially after WWII, when we defeated that big evil racist, Hitler. For every incident, an appeasement was tabled, until we get to the point where government looks first to hire minorities, businesses are scrambling to hire minorities, all of our movies feature positive stereotypes of minorities, and we’ve elected a black man as president. When does one appease enough?
As the dust settled after Obama’s election, a sinking feeling set in among Americans. What if this didn’t do the trick? What if this is an ongoing problem instead of something we can solve with one gesture of appeasement? As Neville Chamberlain found out when appeasing Hitler just delayed the inevitable war, appeasement doesn’t work. It doesn’t work for blacks, or whites, or anyone else. And so the myth of racial appeasement starts to crumble.

A BNP News analysis of official Government figures have shown that the ethnic “minority” school-going population will be an absolute majority in British schools by 2021, less than ten years away.

The shocking figures are based on statistics released by the Department for Children, Schools and Families in 2006, which do not take into account the massive flood of immigrants over the past five years which will skew the time scale further against the indigenous population.

According to the figures, in 2007 at least at least 20 percent of all children in Britain were from the ethnic “minorities.” (Source). 

The official figures for 2006 showed that ethnic “minorities” accounted for 22 percent of pupils at primary school. This was an increase of 2 percent from the previous year.  (Source).   

The 2 percent per year increase in ethnic “minority” pupils was replicated at secondary level schools, which in 2006 rose to 17.7 percent. (Source).   

Discounting increased immigration and using a straight 2 percent growth rate per year, the 2006 figures mean that this year (2010) some 32 percent of all primary school pupils are of ethnic “minority” origin.

Using the same calculation of a 2 percent growth rate, the 2006 figures mean that the 2010 secondary school ethnic “minority” pupil rate is now 27 percent.

Given this growth rate, white British children will become an absolute minority in British schools by the year 2021, when the “ethnic “minority” levels will reach over 50 percent.

It is important to bear in mind that the 2006 figures are already half a decade old, and do not account for the dramatic increase in immigration over the past five years.

In many areas, white children are already a minority. According to the Birmingham City Council, 61 percent of all primary school children in greater Birmingham this year are already of Third World origin. (Source).

According to Data collected by the Office for National Statistics (ONS) between 1992-1994 and 1997-1999, the number of people from “minority” ethnic groups grew by 15 percent compared to 1 percent for white people. (Source). 

Figures released by the ONS in January 2009 revealed that the Muslim population in Britain has grown by more than 500,000 to 2.4 million in just four years. Their population multiplied 10 times faster than the rest of society. (Source). 

The massive increase in immigration between the years 2006 and 2010 will only have increased the ethnic “minority” population even further, so even the projection of 2021 is possibly “optimistic” and whites will become a minority even before that year.

The British people stand before a historic choice over the next few years. They can continue to vote for the Lib-Lab-Con party and endorse the utter destruction by ethnic cleansing of Britain, or they can vote for the British National Party.

At least 60 percent of all new babies in Britain in 2009 were born to non-indigenous recent arrival immigrant mothers or to second or third generation immigrant parents, a BNP News analysis of birth rates and population statistics has shown.

The shocking figures, which mean that projections on how long the Third World will take to utterly overrun Britain will have to be revised downwards once again, are based on a comparison between new Office for National Statistics (ONS) figures and existing data.

The new ONS figures, released yesterday, showed that 24.7 percent of children born in Britain last year have mothers who were born abroad.

These figures have doubled since the late 1990s.

According to the ONS figures, around 10 percent of babies are “born to mothers from New Commonwealth countries,” in other words, the Third World, with Pakistan topping the list.

An August 2008 ONS population report stated that, on average, ‘foreign’ women have 2.5 children each, rising to 3.9 for those from Bangladesh and almost five for Pakistani women.

In London around half of babies have foreign-born mothers while in Newham and Brent, around three quarters of children have mothers who were born abroad.

As shocking as these figures are, they do not tell the whole story.

According to the ONS Population Review of 2004 and 2005: England and Wales, legal Third World immigrants made up 14.7 percent (7.5 million) of the population of England in 2004.

A December 2009 ONS report revealed that 10.9 percent (or 6.7 million) of the currently resident population of Britain was not born in this country.

A 2005 ONS report said that in the previous year, 36 percent of all births in England and Wales were not “white British.”

This 2005 birth rate figure does not include births to second and third generation immigrant mothers. Once it is added in, the non-indigenous birth rate climbs to just over 50 percent of all births in Britain — and this in 2005, data which is already five years old.

This figure, combined with yesterday’s ONS announcement, means that at least 60 percent and possibly more of all live births in Britain last year were of immigrant origin.

Britain is being utterly colonised with the active assistance of the Westminster parties. The British people only had a limited amount of time left over in which to halt and reverse this tidal wave, otherwise our culture, language, traditions and heritage are set to be ethnically cleansed off the face of the earth.

The politically motivated refusal to allow British National Party leader Nick Griffin MEP to attend a tea party at Buckingham Palace is an attack on democracy, the media, freedom of speech and one million British patriots.

This was the reaction of Mr Griffin to the news that officials had informed him at the last minute that he was being barred from the party for allegedly making “political capital” out of the visit by granting media interviews.

“The reason is invented nonsense,” Mr Griffin said. “Nowhere in the book of rules given to all attendees does it say anything about not giving media interviews and of course countless people have done precisely that in the past.

“This decision is an attack on the media and their right to report on important events of the day.

“It is an attack on the right of every person in Britain to get the news of current events reported by the media, and it is an attack on the one million plus patriots who voted for the BNP,” Mr Griffin said.

“The move has obviously been made under pressure from the ConDem regime who are desperate for any reason to bar the BNP,” Mr Griffin said.

The BNP leader dismissed as nonsense the claim that he had tried to make political capital out of the invitation.

“The media would of course be interested in an invitation to a BNP MEP to attend a party at Buckingham Palace.

“To use that natural media interest as an excuse to withdraw the invitation is a disgusting disregard for democracy in Britain,” he said.

“The ruling elite must realise that blatant attempts at gagging the BNP always backfires and we will emerge from these situations and their double standards stronger than ever,” Mr Griffin said.

Markets often develop an ominous momentum during the summer months when everyone, including politicians, are on holiday.

1. What representations it has made to the Monet Professors in respect of the crisis above and the related future for the Euro.
2. What advice and representations the Monet Professors have submitted to the Commission with regard to the same.
3. Will the Commission kindly confirm rumours that it has drawn up contingency plans for the collapse of the present Eurozone area and the nature of those plans.
4. Will the Commission finally advise the internal discussions it has held relating to the damage a collapse to the Eurozone will create in terms of the prospects for 'ever closer union' and the dire public relations disaster that will ensue."

As part of his dismissal of Cameron’s ‘Big Society’ initiative David Crausby, Bolton North East MP has sort to suggest that Labour has already done its part to redistribute power. The local press quoted Mr Crausby as saying ‘the Labour Party has devolved a lot of power to local people through the likes of area forums.



I’ve attended quite a number of area forums in Bolton North East and I haven’t seen Mr Crausby at any of them. But I can tell him that Bolton’s elected members are very quick to refer to awkward questions asked at forums as ‘political’; therefore not requiring an answer.



It is also the case that the minutes taken at forums are inaccurate: however I don’t see why there should be any reason to believe the Tories distribution of power would be any less corrupt than Labour’s.

Special report by Nick Griffin MEP—Does anyone really believe that the slew of anti-BNP court cases are accidental? The truth is that they are part of a co-ordinated plan to break the party, says British National Party leader Nick Griffin, MEP.

Nick Griffin MEPMost BNP Internet users will be aware by now of the huge and co-ordinated campaign of disinformation and black propaganda directed against the British National Party and its leadership.

This operation clearly originates with the extremely well-funded far-left/Zionist front group Searchlight.

 As large numbers of decent people have worked out, it involves lies and innuendo libel on a massive scale.

Its aim is to break the BNP, almost certainly to clear the way for the false flag English Defence League operation to mutate into a political party, thereby corralling nationalism in the UK into a safely controlled multi-cultural dead end.

While we expect to be viciously attacked from outside, some of our people are less able to recognise black propaganda and misinformation when it appears to come from within our own ranks. But that is what we are now facing, so it is time for people to learn the real facts.

The far-left’s concerted campaign of lies and false rumours is also being promoted by a clique of superficially ‘internal’ knockers (generally motivated by personal grudges or a liberal agenda, but no doubt also including the treacherous paid ‘moles’ who provide the detailed accounts of all significant BNP events to Searchlight and various well-informed Marxist blogs).

One of these people’s lines of attack at present is the allegation that I have recklessly involved the party in a string of ‘unnecessary’ court cases.

 If this was true, it would be a matter for genuine concern. But, as is the case with all this black propaganda aimed at the naive and ill-informed, the truth is really very different, as a review of the cases involved quickly proves:

EQUALITY COMMISSION V NICK GRIFFIN, SIMON DARBY & TANYA LUMBY

This case was brought by the Marxist-led Commission and rushed into court even though we clearly signalled our willingness to discuss the issues they had raised in their pre-action letter and to seek a negotiated settlement.

In the face of this blatant bias and unreasonableness we changed our Constitution to remove the grounds they had for their direct discrimination claim.

Had this been done any way other than at legal gunpoint, if we had simply surrendered, the issue would have split the party. But I steered a course which took things to the wire but preserved our unity.

The response from Trevor Phillips and his seventy taxpayer-funded lawyers was shocking but not unexpected. Denied the opportunity to use direct discrimination as a club with which to bash us into the ground, they switched to the claim that our Statement of Principles stand against immigration (part of our Constitution since 1982) is indirectly discriminatory, because large numbers of people of immigrant descent are likely to disagree with it.

This attempt to claim the right to determine a party’s political stance is an outrageous attack on the freedom of every voter and every political party in Britain. And it is one that was not seen coming by any of those now trying to advance their own secret agenda by calling this case ‘unnecessary’.

This second round attack would have been thrown at the BNP whoever was in charge no matter how we might have responded to the Commission bullies’ original attack.

Far from being badly handled as the wreckers claim, the good news is that the specialist indigenous civil rights solicitors firm we employed to draft our new Constitution saw the attack coming – as did the members who voted virtually unanimously at last year’s EGM to approve the new draft and thereby give me the power “to turn on a sixpence” and change the Constitution again if and when forced to do so.

This flexibility maximises our chances of fighting off Trevor Phillips’ latest undemocratic, anti-British attack on our freedom and indeed on our very existence as a party.

Fortunately, our lawyers have worked tirelessly to become experts in race relations laws currently and pending, as well as in matters relating to injunctions and alleged contempt of court.

So the next hearing will see us counter-attack by applying to the court to have the orders declared irregularly obtained and unfairly oppressive and struck down accordingly.

Of course we would rather not be in court with these overpaid leftists, but they keep coming for us because we are a threat, and thanks to our handling of the case and a very skilfully drafted Constitution, we’re in with a fighting chance of beating them off.

This top-level professional defence has cost a large amount of money, but we had no choice. When the Establishment starts to use the full weight of its anti-British laws to try to crush an opponent, to respond as DIY amateurs as the knockers have recommended would be suicidal folly.

And, whatever happens, every time we’re dragged back into court, we get a further wave of publicity in which the public see us as the victim of politically correct establishment bullying. Long-term, that is publicity and positioning that no amount of money could ever buy.

BNP V SADIE GRAHAM, MATT SINGLE AND OTHERS

At the start of 2008, a small clique of former employees twice used the BNP’s membership list to send bogus Bulletins to our entire membership. Great efforts were made to negotiate a ‘deal’ with the clique. I made a whole string of very reasonable offers and sent Eddy Butler to try to settle them down and obtain their assurance that they would stop abusing our members’ right to privacy.

These efforts came to nothing. As a result, acting on behalf of our members, I sought and obtained an injunction to prevent them illicitly using our membership list. What else could have been done?

Surely no one seriously thinks that we should allow our members’ personal details to be used and abused by wreckers or people trying to raise funds under false pretences?

At any time up until the injunction was granted, the clique could have given an undertaking not to use the list and it would never have got to court.

We have made repeated efforts since to settle the matter with both sides paying their own costs, but all have been rebuffed.

As everyone knows, two of the defendants, Sadie Graham and Matt Single, went on not only to use the list for their own gain but, even worse, leaked it on the Internet causing huge suffering to BNP members and supporters.

This goes to show that I was right to fear that they would badly misuse the list, and was right therefore to try to stop them.

The actions of these traitors led to elderly members being terrified by threatening phone calls, to people losing their jobs and even to physical attacks on members’ property.

Yet, disgracefully, part of the stated programme of the latest generation of would-be wreckers is to let these people and their allies back into the BNP. Most normal people would rather see them hounded through the courts for their treachery.

UNILEVER/MARMITE

More drivel has been written about this one than all the others put together.

The first thing to make clear is that it has not even been a “court case” in the traditional sense.

 In the run-up to the election, Marmite ran a series of adverts showing the ‘Hate Marmite’ Party, which was a carbon copy of the BNP.

These adverts steadily piled on the pressure with the idea that we are ‘haters’, and went so far as to glorify the use of violence against our members.

This huge campaign posed a clear and present danger to us, both politically and physically, and all attempts to stop it through normal channels came to nothing.

The biggest part of the danger was that, for most of the public, the anti-BNP message would sink in at a sub-conscious level. It was an example of dangerous interference in the democratic process which the regulatory authorities should have stopped.

We decided it was essential that we get out into the open the fact that the adverts were an attack on the BNP, so both we and several freelance sympathisers responded in various ways which Marmite would be unable to ignore.

Unilever’s consequent legal threats produced a gargantuan wave of national and international publicity, shortly before the election, which we could never have dreamt of buying, or of being able to afford to buy.

Publicity that keeps us in the public eye is invaluable to us. Sometimes we get it by standing in a parliamentary by-election in which we know we don’t stand a chance. That costs money, but it achieves its goal.

Far more publicity was obtained by this calculated brush with the legal department of a multi-national company, and we also stopped a subtle but very dangerous anti-PR campaign against us. Perhaps the knockers would rather we’d sat on our backsides and done nothing?

Fortunately we did act, and it paid off. With our growing ability to access proper legal resources we were able to resolve the dispute professionally and satisfactorily. The following is the statement agreed with Unilever as to how both parties regard the resolution of this dispute:

“Unilever and the BNP have agreed confidential terms of settlement to the satisfaction of both parties, so no further comment can be made”.

So the knockers pushing their own or their masters’ agendas by spouting crazy talk of enormous payments are not only lying as ever, they are cynically exploiting the fact we made a proper and confidential legal agreement.

 For us to breach this formal agreement – as troublemakers are trying to force us to do by spreading utterly false and alarmist rumours - would be improper and would indeed lead to us being dragged into court.

I must make it clear that the malicious lies of £170,000 in costs are utterly untrue and that the true costs are not even the tiniest fraction of this amount.

THE MICHAELA MACKENZIE CASE

Michaela Mackenzie was an efficient clerical worker for the BNP from home, but when put in charge of an office she turned out to be a disaster.

 To give just one example, around six thousand European Election inquiry packs were dumped on the pavement outside a Post Office depot without the correct mailing dockets being obtained, and were lost and destroyed as a direct result.

 Other people who have worked for the party before and since, but who have been found not be up to scratch have been sacked, and surely that’s the right thing to do rather than waste members’ money on sub-standard staff.

Others have accepted the position and done the decent thing, and have been willing to reach a sensible parting settlement. In the Mackenzie case, we made a real effort to reach a deal, sending Eddy Butler down to negotiate with her, as Simon Darby did successfully with two other staff members we let go at the same time.

For some reason or other, in this case the negotiations came to nothing.

Unfortunately, we found out too late that Michaela Mackenzie has a very long track record of suing for ‘wrongful dismissal’, and knew how to manipulate things to exploit our lack of experience in such matters.

Hence we had no choice but to reach a settlement. That, however, is now the subject of a counter-claim, hence our refusal to pay it.

Sacking any staff, even badly performing ones, is unpleasant and difficult. But strangely, the knockers who are backing a staff member who failed and who is trying to take money off the party, are also proposing that we sack good staff working from our highly efficient and profit-making Belfast administration and call centre (all of whom are BNP members and employees, contrary to the knockers’ black propaganda).

To break our lease and other contracts involved in this successful operation, and to sack efficient and loyal staff just because their faces or names don’t fit (even though they are BNP members), really would open up several legal cans of worms.

All of which shows how talk about ‘unnecessary court cases’ isn’t a genuine concern, but just another weapon in the armoury of the external opposition and their internal ‘useful idiots’.

We, however, have learned from this case, which is one reason we have now created a dedicated Human Resources/Staff Management team to ensure that from now on everything is done by the book by people who know all the ropes.

MARK CROUCHER v NICK GRIFFIN

Mark Croucher is a former UKIP Press Officer with known links to Searchlight.

During the European Election, he tried to get bailiffs to seize the Truth Truck in order to enforce a judgement he had got on the sly over the use of a photo of Nigel Farage for which he claimed copyright.

Ironically, this photo was posted on our website, against clear instructions, by one Andrew Edwards, a non-member who was doing volunteer work for us at the time but who now spends most of his time attacking the current BNP leadership over, among other things, ‘unnecessary court cases’. Pot, kettle, black!

We have since won a counter-claim and Croucher now owes us £1,000, but has managed to get the case continued.

Many in the Eurorealist movement look at Mark Croucher’ relentless attacks on both UKIP and the BNP and ask whose side he is really on? He poses as a Eurosceptic, but does nothing except attack parties opposed to Britain’s membership of the EU.

He was clearly desperate to drag us into court, and the ‘mistake’ by Andrew Edwards would have given him the opportunity regardless of who was in charge.

GREENWICH COUNCIL

Following the appearance of BNP advertising boards on lamp posts in South East London during the European Election, the Borough of Greenwich launched a legal action and a claim for £2,500 plus costs of up to £15,000 against the party.

This is just typical of the kind of low to medium level harassment to which we are subjected by leftwing council officials, in circumstances when no action would ever be taken against any other party.

Fortunately, Lee Barnes took up the case on our behalf, undertook an extensive study of the relevant laws, and has now forced the council to drop the case. Thanks to Mr. Barnes it hasn’t cost us a penny.

So there’s one that we won completely, but it could have gone the other way. Cases like these are an unavoidable side effect of being involved in the struggle at all.

The ones that have actually got as far as litigation are in fact only the tip of the iceberg; over the last few years we have successfully fought off several dozen of these vexatious attempts to grind us down.

This has partly been because I have a law degree and huge experience in working with legal experts. It takes time, money and mental energy, but it has to be done.

The Establishment don’t like us, so why should anyone be surprised when they take every possible opportunity to try to bleed us through the legal system? It comes with the territory.

Let’s face it, if they weren’t attacking us, we wouldn’t be doing our job.
