OK – so now the cracks are really beginning to appear.

I am indebted to my good friend and fellow Freeman on the land, for allowing me to use his documentation for this:-
Let me fill you in on the background so you have the case history:-
“Jim” (As we will call him”) is a Freeman on the Land along with us (More on that here www.TPUC.org & www.thinkfree.ca) – and a few months back he decided (Like many of us) that he wasn’t going to pay the UNLAWFUL Council tax that they were trying to enforce upon him via thier unlawful statute legislation. So he stopped paying:-
In due course he started receiving the threatening letters until one day the “summons” appeared on his doormat. (Note: A summons is merely an invitation to attend their place of business to discuss a punishment – its an offer – Read more - just as the Council Tax Bill is an offer to contract with them – read more on this)

The “invitation” was to appear before Wirral Magistrates Court for a hearing concerning the issuing of a liability hearing. Now as we all now ALL magistrates courts are merely a trading styles of the “run for profit” company called “Ministry of Justice” – see below and you can get a copy of the document I have acquired clearly showing:-

1. The corporate status of the Ministry of Justice
2. The Directors (Lord Falconer of Thoroton & Others)
3. The fact that Ministry of Justice has County Court Jugements against it
4. The trading styles of MOJ (Top right – which includes “Magistrates Courts”

Now call me blonde but I would say this is pretty damned conclusive that we are dealing with a corporate court convened by a corporation to simply lift money from you and I.

So … “Jim” jotted the council a little letter which is shown below:-

Jim sent this letter about THREE WEEKS before the date that the hearing was due to be heard on.
So … the DAY BEFORE the hearing, Jim received a phone call from the Wirral Council LEGAL DEPARTMENT and what they said was staggering …

THEY WERE GOING TO WITHDRAW THE APPLICATION FOR A LIABILITY ORDER!

1. Now this is incredible that on the back of one letter they decide to withdraw and more importantly confirms the following:-
2. Council tax is UNLAWFUL, as you and I well know that if these leeches had once ounce of a lawful case for taking this money then they would fight it to the death

They KNOW Council Tax is unlawful and are simply robbing those who haven’t woken up to the facts yet to the tune of £140,000,000,000 per annum (thats 140 BILLION of our money!)
So, Jim being the experienced fellow he is – asked them to email him with confirmation that they were going to withdraw and printed below is their email.

Jim then asked for further clarification in a formal letter and here is the letter that they sent!

Then Jim asked them to confirm in writing that because there was now NO LIABILY that the council tax was no longer due
This is the letter they and this is probably (in my opinion) one of THE single most important documents in the fight against Council Tax as it PROVES beyond ANY DOUBT that we DO NOT HAVE TO PAY this UNLAWFUL COUNCIL TAX.

So not believing a word of the Council or the courts Jim rocked up to the court on the morning of the Liability hearing and standing as a Freeman on the Land asked the Judge to confirm the withdrawal of the other side which the Judge duly confirmed. The judge then told Jim that he needn’t have turned up and then Jim hit with it.
“I know that sir, but there is the small matter of mys costs”
BAM! – They were not expecting that one!

So, Jim has now duly entered a claim for costs of £1,400 against Wirral Council which is still ongoing at this time as the courts are trying to play silly !!!!!!s with Jim – he has even had one judge step down and refuse to adjudicate in favour of his costs – as you can see – its a stitch up!

Anyway – Jim has some other things planned and I will keep you abreast of developments but there you have it.

A UK Council running away from a court hearing because they KNOW they dont have a LAWFUL leg to stand on and the whole Council Tax is a scam to relieve you and I of money and use it to

• A) Line the pension funds of civil servants
• B) Keep us opressed
• C) Pay of the interest on loans to the bank and the IMF

If you think that Council Tax pays for your bins or the Police – then you are very misguided I am afraid.

The latter were powerless things, like Christ before the powerful Roman Procurator Pontius Pilate. Hart says , ‘the new world we see being brought into being in the Gospels is one in which the whole grand cosmic architecture of prerogative , power and eminence has been shaken and superseded by a new positively anarchic order; an order in which we see the glory of God revealed in a crucified slave’. Hart’s Answer to Christopher Hitchens and his Ilk:  Western Civilisation The title of Christopher Hitchens’ book ‘God is not Great’ is subtitled ‘How Religion Poisons Everything. ’ After a remarkably entertaining exposure, touched with more than a soupcon of asperity, of the paucity of Hitchen’s intellectual capabilities (and those of Dawkins), Hart asks, ‘Does he (Hitchens) really mean precisely everything?" Would that apply then – confining ourselves just to things Christian – to ancient and medieval hospitals, leper asylums, orphanages, almshouses and hostels?  To the golden rule, ‘Love thine enemies’? ‘Judge not lest ye be judged’? Prophetic admonitions  against oppressing the poor, and commands to feed and clothe and comfort those in need? To the music of Palestrina and Bach, Michelangleo’s Pieta, ‘ah bright wings’; San Marco’s mosaics, the Bible of Amiens and all the gorgeous blue stained glass at Chartres? To the abolitionist movement and contemporary  efforts to liberate Sudanese slaves? And so on and so on? Hart holds out little hope for the West in the dawning age of secularism. He asks, ‘What evidence is there for the idea that secular reason, if finally allowed to move forward free of the constraining hand of archaic faith will naturally make society more free, more humane and more rational than it has been? It is rather difficult… to vest a great deal of hope in modernity, however radiantly enchanting its promises, when one considers how many innocent lives (‘an unprecedentedly vast collection of corpses’) have already been swallowed up in the flames of ‘Progress.’ The best ideals to which we moderns continue to cling long antedate modernity. For the most part all we can claim as truly, distinctively our own are our atrocities… The process of secularisation was marked from the first by the magnificent limitlessness of its violence.’ Radical Individualism and the Triumph of the Will The tale of the modern nation-state’s struggle for liberation from the ‘shackles’ of religion and tradition should be located within the larger narrative of the triumph of the will. Like most of the defining ideas in our culture, perverted though they may have been in the modern era, the emphasis on freedom of the will has its origins in Christian theology, but Descartes, the father of modern philosophy, spoke both as the heir of the late Scholastic tradition and for modernity when he said that the true image of god within human beings is the godlike liberty and incomprehensibility of the will. Modern Ideas of Freedom are Nihilistic Hart argues that the modern notion of freedom is essentially nihilistic, ie freedom is to be found in the individual subject’s power of choice, rather than in what is actually chosen. Neither God nor nature nor reason provides the measure of an act’s true liberty, for an act is free only when it is done in defiance of all three. The Degradation of the Idea of Liberty.  Freedom as Consumerism  Where is the ascendancy of the modern Idea of Freedom as Pure Spontaneity of the Will leading our Culture, Hart asks?  At an  ordinary, everyday level, it obviously leads to a degradation of the very idea of freedom, its reduction in the public imagination to a fairly banal kind of liberty, no more –though no less- significant than a consumer’s freedom to choose among different kinds of breads, shoes, televisions, drugs, drinks, sexual activities and relationships, political parties or religions. The Death of Shared Obligations and Common Cause -  the Decay of ‘Community ‘ (and therefore National Sentiment) At the level of conventional social behaviours it leads perhaps towards a decay of a shared sense of social obligation or common cause, or towards an increasingly insipid and self-absorbed private culture, or towards a tendency in society at large less to judge the laudability of particular choices by reference to the worthiness of their objects than to judge objects worthy solely because they have been chosen. (eg ’a woman’s right to choose’) From the Banal to the Terrible All this is both obvious and rather vague, but the modern concept of Freedom can lead to other more terrible things as well. For what the will may will, when it is subordinate only to its own native exuberance, is practically without limit. Although pure spontaneity of the will is an illusion (we must actually will something), something dangerously novel entered our culture when we began to believe that the proper end of the will might simply to be willing as such. Nor does the truly liberated have to confine itself to the adventure of discovering and inventing  itself.  Collective will is so much more exciting than an individual’s will, at least if it can be disciplined and marshalled for some collective purpose. With no Transcendent Source of the Good, the Capacity for Evil is Limitless Furthermore if there is no transcendent source of the good to which the will is drawn but only the power of the will to decide what ends it desires, then no human project can be said to be inherently irrational or abominable. If freedom of the will is our supreme value, after all, then it is to all intents and purposes our god. And certain kinds of gods (as our pagan ancestors understood) need to be fed.  I know many will say it is true, , concerning many leading Marxist leaders and thinkers, but just look at the leadership of the Munich Red revolution of 1918-18 and other Communist revolutionary examples.

Which is true, but we would also have to ask why also, to me personally it is that due to not the race or ethnicity but Cultural difference towards education of the 19^th century of Eastern Europe between the Jewish and Gentile population, as the Jewish population being barred from many trade and mercantile opportunities placed a greater emphasis on education to better their prospects in life.

But we also must recognise the lack opportunity to put that education into effect within Eastern European society of the time in all aspects of cultural life as the majority of the educated Jewish population although denied wanted to, unlike the Islamic population in modern Europe want to be  absorbed and be involved In European culture,

 Which led to a great many Eastern Jewish graduates lacking experience of the realities of the  world  and some mediocre intellectuals struggling, to be recognised for their abilities perceived or not, becoming bitter towards a culture and society that had rejected them?

And therefore they began looking for a system to change or destroy the society or culture that had snubbed them, and therefore they came across a system that would achieve that goal, in effect Communism a deliberate twisted system that would appear to be an idealistic system that was devised for the betterment of mankind to the disenfranchised and that would allow for the recognition of their alleged talents.

 But in reality was created for it’s domination by an elite who are willing to use any one or any thing in their quest for power and wealth. And the more rejected or idealistic or bitter the recruit to this cause the better!

BUT! We have also to be politically ASTUTE! In avoiding terms and statements that can be read in two ways, after all a great many of the Jewish people oppose Zionism knowing what it really is, a elitist political movement for the creation of world domination and power, at no matter the cost in lives, started by the Rothschild’s  ,who did not give a damm about the Jewish members of European society, only their impassable lust for wealth and power.

So much for "Respect"Dear Fellow Patriot,

I’m sure that you like me were enraged when you saw the news today about the two Muslim Respect party councillors from Birmingham, who refused to join the standing ovation for one of our newest decorated war heroes.

Salma Yaqoob and Mohammed Ishtiaq were the only people to remain seated as Lance Corporal Matthew Croucher arrived at the event in Birmingham, our second city to celebrate being given the George Cross for gallantry in Afghanistan.  Unfortunately Birmingham is not only our second city, but is also a centre for dangerous Islamic extremism.

The Lance Corporal is a 27-year-old Royal Marine.  Every time he goes to work he puts his life on the line for his mates and his country.  He was awarded the medal after he flung himself onto a Taliban hand grenade in order to protect and save his comrades in 2008.  Miraculously, he survived the blast.

Isn’t it just typical of the UAF-supporting thugs of Respect that two of their Muslim “councillors” show such disgusting disrespect to one of the very bravest of our brave war heroes?

More than 100 other people gave the young Lance Corporal a standing ovation when he arrived at this meeting held in his honour.  Many more ordinary people have rung our central office today expressing their disgust at this outrageous lack of respect.

I am telling you, these two councillors and others of their treacherous kind, who feel the same as them should be ashamed of themselves. They are not British.

I must first state to the individual rank and file of the English Defence League this that this article is in no way a criticism of your motives in your wish to halt the spread of the threat of the Islamic threat to our nation, it is something that I utterly agree with you on.

But it with regret that I must state that one of the oldest political tricks in the book is that when a ruling political elite grows concerned that their true political opposition is about to make a serious breakthrough in support.

The best political method of defence is to attempt to split the opposition, by the conspiracy and the creation of an smokescreen opposition , that can managed by the old political elite and establishment, in order to  draw away support and resources in manpower and material from their political enemies. And at the same time slowly but surely try to mislead the recruits of the smokescreen opposition that they and their policies are not the real enemy but the original opposition is.  We see that in the leadership of the E.D.L some of whom are not even English defending multi culturalism a totally Marxist philosophy and also defending the moral corruption of the Homosexual lobby.

This I must say appears to be the case with the English Defence League,leadership an organisation that suddenly appeared from out of nowhere with apparent material resources to hand. That also has no real political manifesto or objectives apart from in my view diverting the potential support and resources both material and intellectual from the real political issues at hand into the exercise of pointless marches that have and will achieve NOTHING! Towards political change in this country.

It is thus  I can only state my belief that if members of the E.D.L want real change in this once proud Nation, that it can only come about by a political solution. Nick Griffin MEP has launched his Spring Initiative for his North West of England Euro Constituency with a Press Release and letter to constituents outlining his priorities for the coming months.


 He has pinpointed three issues that he will be campaigning on during February, March and April, in order to raise their profile and make sure that the appropriate authorities respond to the concerns of the public.
Nick has told constituents and journalists:
"Over the next three months, I am concentrating on three key issues that are raised time and time again by people in the area:
1. The problems created by EU red tape for local businesses. Helped by informed advice from tradesmen, community volunteers, small businessmen and farmers, I'm speaking out for commonsense and to curb 'nanny state' meddling that hits jobs and profits.
2.  Animal welfare matters. We Brits really are a nation of animal lovers. So I'm privileged to be able to use my position as a European Member of Parliament to help campaigns such as stopping the barbaric practice of cutting the fins off living sharks and throwing them back in the sea to die in agony. I've just tabled a Written Declaration for MEPs of all parties to join with me to put pressure on foreign zoos to comply with the high standards of animal welfare rightly upheld in zoos in Britain.
I'm also determined to do all I can to ensure that British farmers and consumers are protected against the import of sub-standard food from Eastern European countries where pigs and chickens are kept in disgusting conditions which would rightly lead to prosecution for cruelty if anyone kept animals like that here in our country.

I've just used the Freedom of Information laws to force Lancashire police to admit that all the victims in their Operation Engage grooming investigation were recorded as 'white'.
My constituency office staff and I are working throughout the North West region to uncover the true extent of this crime against our youngsters, and to press the Powers That Be to take action to stop it.
I'm calling this my Campaign for Equal Respect.
When I have collected all the evidence I shall be raising the issue again in the European Parliament. "Make no mistake this is EU propaganda, which is being part-paid for by the British taxpayer and sent into schools across Europe to brainwash impressionable young minds. It's a sinister ploy to promote the European Union and undermine the sovereignty of nation states and our Christian values and traditions," he said.

 FEBRUARY 2011: A bus driver from Greater Manchester was called a White 'slag' and a racist by a Muslim after she told him that he was driving up a one-way street.


 There then followed a confrontation in the street which was witnessed by the passengers on the bus.
The lady told Nick Griffin's Constituency Office what happened next
"The 'gentleman' claimed to be a teacher and told me:
"I teach your parasite White kids".
I replied that he couldn't be much of a teacher if he couldn't read a sign saying 'No Entry'.
He called me a racist again and then stormed off.
How can it be right that he can get away with abusing me in this manner. If it had been the other way around I would have been arrested for what he said to me.
My dad and grandad fought for this country in two world wars. They would both turn in their graves if they could see what has happened to our country.
I think it a sorry state of affairs when only going about my job, I was also in uniform, to receive this kind of abuse just earning a living."

And as today, it is acceptable that divorce can be had at the drop of a hat, that fathers have no responsibility for their children apart from a mediocre maintenance payment, and on and on, till you get a fragmented and disorganised  society, Due the effects of Political Correctness, as in the  where even the main stream Church, the victim of this first stratagem is now blindly arguing against itself blowing Satan's trumpet in the cause of tolerance. The mass uprisings in Tunisia and Egypt, while being portrayed as pro-democracy protests by the controlled media, are more likely to end in Islamist takeovers and could well lay the foundation for the return of the Islamic Caliphate of old.

This is the opinion of British National Party foreign affairs spokesman Arthur Kemp, who has specialised in the history of Islam and its conflict with the West.

“The underlying force behind the uprising in Egypt is an organisation called the Muslim Brotherhood, which is one of the modern world’s oldest Islamist organisations,” Mr Kemp told a recent party meeting.

“The Muslim Brotherhood was founded in Egypt in 1928, and has since spread to Bahrain, Syria, the Palestinian territories, Jordan, Iran, Iraq, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Algeria, Sudan, Somalia, Tunisia and Libya.

“In addition it has followed mass Muslim immigration into Europe and even the United States,” he said.

“According to that organisation’s website, all Islamic governments must be based on sharia law and unified in a Caliphate, or one great Muslim state as was the case during the period immediately following the founding of that religion,” Mr Kemp continued.

“Most of the modern Arab Muslim states are in fact artificial divisions created by European colonial powers, many after the destruction of the Ottoman Empire at the end of the First World War.

The Muslim Brotherhood is in fact banned in Egypt, but is still active by way of proxy or front organisations and was implicated in the assassination of former Egyptian President Anwar Sadat.

“He was killed for agreeing to sign a peace accord with Israel, which the Muslim Brotherhood views as an instrument of the West in the Middle East and a stumbling block to the creation of the Caliphate,” Mr Kemp continued.

The founder of the Muslim Brotherhood, Hassan al-Banna, declared his organisation’s aim to ‘reclaim Islam’s manifest destiny, an empire, stretching from Spain to Indonesia.’

Al-Banna went on to say that the Muslim Brotherhood’s credo was as follows: ‘Allah is our objective; the Quran is our constitution, the Prophet is our leader; Jihad is our way; and death for the sake of Allah is the highest of our aspirations.’

“The current set of dictatorships in the Middle East, Egypt and Saudi Arabia included, are seen by the Islamists as Western puppets, and hence deserving of being overthrown,” Mr Kemp continued.

“It is thus unlikely, as the controlled media is obviously hoping will be the case, that the current unrest in Arab states is the precursor to a great wave of democracy.

“Rather it is more likely that it will be the precursor to a renewed wave of Islamism which will in turn renew the 1,300 year long open war of Islam against the West.

Mr Kemp referred to a recent (September 2010) sermon, published on the Muslim Brotherhood website, delivered by that organisation’s current ‘Supreme Guide’ Muhammad Badi’, titled ‘How Islam Confronts the Oppression and Tyranny [against the Muslims].’

“Badi’ pointedly accused the Arab regimes of employing tyranny against their peoples, of avoiding confrontation with the Muslims' real enemies — Israel and America — and of disregarding Allah's commandment to wage jihad against the infidels,” Mr Kemp said.

“He stated that the Arab governments are ‘disregarding Allah's Commandment to Wage Jihad’ and that ‘many Arab and Muslim regimes have not managed to build up their peoples, due to their weakness and their dependence [on the West], and in many cases they have begun to work against the interests of the [Muslim] nation,’” he added.

“Badi’ went on to say that the Arab governments have ‘disregarded Allah's commandment to wage jihad for His sake with [their] money and [their] lives, so that Allah's word will reign supreme and the infidels' word will be inferior.’

“Although the current Arab regimes are indeed dictatorships, what is likely to replace them is bound to be far worse,” Mr Kemp warned.

“It is like Iraq once again: the promise to bring ‘democracy’ ended up in the creation of yet another Islamist nightmare.

“If the Caliphate does re-emerge from the current wave of unrest sweeping the Arab world, then Europe must steel itself for a renewed conflict with that religious-political force of old.

“If this does happen, and God forbid that it does, then it will be vital for Europeans to get rid of their traitor politicians who have encouraged and supported mass Islamic immigration into Europe, because that is the fifth column which will ultimately destroy all of Europe.”

Much is made of the ‘government debt’ which is the prime cause of the budget cuts currently ripping their way through Britain’s infrastructure, but to who exactly is all this money owed? The British National Party’s Andrew Moffat supplies the answer.

Economics – The Dismal Science

By Andrew Moffat—An earlier article on the site referred to the ‘mysterious and unnamed’ borrowers who finance the UK’s debt. In November, the article continued, the UK’s borrowing requirement was put at £23.3 billion.

The position, in fact, is not quite so mysterious. The government, via the relevant debt management office, simply issues a range of gilt-edged securities, i.e. bonds, bearing a redemption date and a coupon.

Often, new bonds are issued merely to cover the redemption of bonds issued in earlier years, often under previous administrations.

The proceeds from the sale of these bonds finance the government’s liabilities.

The British government has never reneged on its debts or the coupons (interest) attached thereto. For this reason, UK government debt is referred to as ‘gilt-edged’.

Given its record, the government borrows at favourable rates. At the opposite end of the spectrum, by contrast, the Greek government borrows at far higher rates; its financial record is poor.

The buyers (on the international money markets) usually comprise a range of institutions,

largely domestic but also foreign. 

Many are pension companies, and government bonds are favoured by them as secure investments to safeguard the contributions of ordinary men and women, who usually save through a collective scheme, via one of the many large pension companies, such as Aviva or Prudential.

Other investors will include, for example, unit trusts and life insurance companies, on behalf of their retail clients.

A portion of government debt, sold at the regular auctions, will also find its way into the banking sector, where it will form part of the banks’ capital ratio requirements.

Because of the foregoing, it is not possible to name all the buyers as they would stretch to an enormous list of many hundreds each time, often buying in small lots of millions, depending upon the terms of the auction concerned.

Ordinary people may buy gilts, too, and many do so. Gilts are listed and priced on the London Stock Exchange. On Monday, for example, I might purchase, via my broker, Treasury Stock 4.75 percent 2020 at approximately 108.4p, the approximate price at last Friday’s close.  Here, the coupon (interest) is 4.75 percent per £1.00 nominal or 4.75p/year.

As a percentage, however, the yield is 4.38 percent, given the market price is £1.084.  The coupon rate from month to month and year to year usually reflects the market interest rate at the time — interest rates fluctuate.

Currently, with interest rates as 0.5 percent, the above return of 4.38 percent may seem attractive. Were interest rates to rise more than the markets expect, then the market price of these instruments would fall.

Bear in mind, also, that the gilt will be redeemed at £1.00 in 2020, or some eight pence beneath its current market price.

If we descend into 1930s deflation, then bonds will rise in price as the income stream from them becomes more valuable.

This is what has occurred in Japan over the past 20 years and it was a notable feature in the ‘30s in the UK and the USA, in a time of deflation — i.e. falling prices.

Where do we go from here and will bond prices rise or fall? No one knows for certain but conflicting views and opinions instruct market prices.

In the UK inflation is presently high at between 4 and 5 percent, depending upon the measure employed. Because wage rises are well below this (excepting for senior bankers, who are hoarding money), then it follows that there has been a fall in real terms of take-home pay.

Inflation is high for a variety of reasons, not least the fall in the value of Sterling.

This translates into higher energy costs and imports. Poor crop yields and additional factors, including the fall in Sterling, has caused a rise in food prices. VAT rises have also contributed to inflation.

These are considered by some to be ‘one-off’ factors and they believe inflation will fall considerably in a year or two.

Given the spending cuts to come, still to have an effect on the economy, there are considered to be disinflationary prospects over the next year or two.

There are many unknown economic factors, including the level of Sterling and the ongoing impact of Quantitative Easing (QE), the process of creating money to offset the deleveraging that has occurred since the financial crisis.

No one has yet answered the question of why it is that QE can be employed in a recession but not during a period of normalised growth.

QE is, in effect, nationalist economics and it is an economic lever nationalists have long advocated. It has taken a financial collapse to achieve it.

One final point: at a time of unprecedented spending cuts, no one will have failed to notice that the areas not being cut are those politically-correct projects whose end ambition assists the extirpation of the nation state: the EU, Overseas ‘Aid’, Climate Change levies and multiculturalism. In aggregate, these annual costs amount to some £60 billion per annum.

The British National Party would cut, absolutely, every one of these costs and place the money back into the pockets of those who earn it and into a programme of massive national rejuvenation

British taxpayers will have to cough up an additional £30 million per year for increased “monitoring” of Islamist fanatics in Britain in terms of “new” security laws announced by Deputy Prime Minister Nick Clegg yesterday in parliament.

The new rules, announced during a particularly pathetic display of idiocy in the House of Commons, will greatly increased the burden placed on Britain’s security services by allowing suspects currently under curfew even greater freedoms than before.

According to a report by the Home Office, 92 percent of all convicted terrorists in Britain are Muslim (“Statistics on Terrorism Arrests and Outcomes Great Britain”, Home Office, 26 November 2009).

According to this report, there have been 1,661 terrorism arrests in Britain since 11 September 2001. This translates to 1,528 Islamist terrorists being convicted in the nine and a half years since 2001.

Put another way, this means that a Muslim terrorist has been locked up at the rate of one every two days since 2001.

Before the London train bombings (carried out by first and second generation Muslim immigrants living in Britain), intelligence services estimated that one percent of Muslims in Britain either supported or were involved in terrorism.

British intelligence services believe that, in recent years, 3,000 Muslims in Britain have been to al Qaeda training camps.

Intelligence experts estimate that there are at least 1,200 Muslim radicals (80 percent of Pakistani origin) in Britain who have terrorist intentions.

Only a fool or a madman would deny the very real threat this poses to the stability of Britain or that it really is just some “fringe” minority.

It is a serious, deadly threat which has already taken lives in the most severe acts of terrorism in the history of our nation.

To make matters worse, it is precisely the policies of the Labour and Tory parties, and now the Liberal Democrats as well, which have created this large mass of alien invaders in our midst.

Instead of applying the logical answer to the problem — halting and reversing third World immigration — Mr Clegg and his fellow liars have chosen instead to carry on with the ridiculous and doomed policy of trying to keep a security clampdown on these Islamists.

In terms of Mr Clegg’s announcement, terror suspects currently under overnight curfews will no longer be forced to change address and will be allowed restricted use of mobile phones and the internet.

In addition, the curfew period has been reduced from 16 hours per day to ten, which means that the security services will now have to devote an additional six hours per day to monitoring these individuals.

This is why the cost of the programme has now leaped from £12 million top £30 million.

All this is completely unnecessary. These individuals should not even be in Britain, and under a British National party government would instantly be returned to their countries of origin so that they can no longer pose a threat to our nation.

Newsflash for Bolton British National Party Activists Converge on Barnsley

British National Party activists have converged on Barnsley this morning to take part in an extended day of action which will culminate in a meeting this afternoon at which the party’s candidate for the upcoming by-election will be announced.

Activists started meeting earlier today at the rendezvous point and were issued with leaflets printed from a risograph transported to the scene in the back of national organizer Adam Walker’s vehicle.

From there, the teams split up into smaller groups to leaflet and canvass target areas in the constituency.

More than 1,200 British workers have lost their jobs as a result of the scrapping of the Nimrod aircraft to “save £2 billion over the next ten years” while the foreign aid budget is set to rise to more than £120 billion at the same time.

The Defence Spending Review cuts announced by Tory Defence minister Liam Fox said that cutting the Nimrod aircraft” would “save £2 billion over the next ten years.”

However, the ConDem regime increased the foreign aid budget from £9 billion to £12.1 per year, which means that over the next ten years, they will have spent at least £120 billion on foreign aid.

In reality, the foreign aid budget is likely to rise even higher than that, unless of course the British National Party comes to power and that swindle is halted forthwith.

Cutting the Nimrod aircraft will see the BAE systems base in Woodford, closed down in March this year, resulting in job losses and ancillary industry closures.

The move to literally cut up the aircraft, which have never even been used, effectively throws nearly £2 billion of tax money down the drain, a decision which has already been condemned by military and security experts.

Britain won the London 2012 Olympics bid, for example, on the basis that the security of the event would be guaranteed by the presence of the Nimrod aircraft, which would have been airborne by then.

The Ministry of Defence will spend an additional £200 million on scrapping the planes, including penalty payments for terminating the contract — a figure which the manufacturer says was all that was needed to make all nine aircraft airworthy.

The planes were designed as “eye-in-the-sky” aircraft and just one of them would have been able to scan all of Britain in ten seconds.

The scrapping of the project on “cost savings” grounds, never mind the loss of military capability, is evidence that the ConDem regime always puts the interests of Britain and the British people last.

Rather than preserving British jobs and enabling the defence of Britain to continue, Mr Fox and his colleagues would rather give away tens of billions of pounds to nations such as China and India by way of “foreign aid.”

Leader of thuggish Scottish Socialist Party jailed for three years, guilty of perjury

Finally some excellent news that will give nationalists a much needed morale boost, the leader of the thuggish Scottish National Party, the disgraced champagne communist Tommy Sheridan is back behind bars for a third time tonight after being jailed for three years for committing perjury.
The Daily Mail reported that:

Sheridan described his punishment as ‘heartbreaking’ and vowed to keep fighting.She sat in the front of the courtroom, as close as possible to her husband, as the judge delivered his sentence and led the politician and former Celebrity Big Brother contestant’s family, friends and comrades in a one-fisted salute as he was taken to the cells.

The 46-year-old Scot who won £200,000 damages by cynically denying News of the World claims that he was an adulterer who attended a sordid swingers’ sex club.
But on Christmas Eve, after a 12 week trial, he was convicted of lying and a judge told Sheridan today how he had ‘brought the walls of the temple crashing down not only on your own head but also on your family and your political friends and foes’ by pursuing his case against the newspaper.
The Sunday tabloid has already lodged an appeal against the defamation action and if it pursues claims for its £1 million-plus legal costs the firebrand socialist faces bankruptcy.
Sheridan – who previously served time as part of an anti-poll tax campaign and then over an anti-Trident protest at Faslane nuclear submarine base – maintained his innocence through the trial.
He claimed he was the victim of a ‘vendetta’ by the police and a ‘conspiracy’ involving the News of the World and colleagues within the Scottish Socialist Party (SSP).
The former SSP leader said 16 former allies were lying as part of a ‘political civil war’ when they told the High Court in Glasgow that he had admitted at a 2004 meeting having been to Cupid’s swingers’ club in Manchester.
Sheridan, who conducted his own defence, called Andy Coulson, a former NoW editor and Prime Minister David Cameron’s ex- communications chief, to give evidence during the sensational trial.
But the jury found him guilty of perjury during the 2006 civil defamation case and lying about having an affair with SSP member Katrine Trolle.
In a 50-minute plea before sentencing yesterday, Sheridan asked for a ‘proportionate and reasonable’ sentence and referring to previous perjury cases, including those of former Conservative MPs Jeffrey Archer and Jonathan Aiken, said: ‘This is not a murder trial. Nobody has been killed and neither has an innocent person been imprisoned.’
But the judge, Lord Bracadale, while praising him as a ‘hard-working’ politician, added:’ When perjury is established it must be dealt with seriously for the benefit of the court and the public.
‘You embarked on an action in the Court of Session knowing that, for it to be successful, you would be required to tell lies under affirmation.
‘You committed perjury and you were awarded a very large sum in damages. The only appropriate sentence is one of imprisonment.’
Sheridan listened to the judge’s comments in silence and stared straight ahead as he was hand-cuffed by dock officers.
As he was led away to the cells, he turned to his wife Gail – who was acquitted of the same charge last year – and said: ‘Take care, all the best’.
In a statement read outside court by his solicitor, Aamer Anwar, he said:’ This multi-million pound prosecution will separate me from my wife and my child and that will be heartbreaking.
‘But I will continue to fight a system that protects the real criminals – the rich and powerful.’
He intends to appeal against his perjury conviction and launch a legal action against the News of the World, the Metropolitan Police and private detective Glenn Mulcaire over the phone-hacking scandal surrounding the newspaper.
His statement continued: ‘Andy Coulson may have resigned for the second time but if he and others are not above the law then it is time that they faced justice. That chapter is yet to be written.’
Outside court, Mrs Sheridan said: ‘Tommy has dedicated his life to helping others. The real reason why he’s been imprisoned today is because he has fought injustice and inequality with every beat of his heart. But it won’t be long before Tommy is back stronger and continuing the fight.’
A News of the World spokesman said: ‘This is a just outcome to a long and complex criminal case. Today’s sentence also provides closure for the many witnesses who very bravely exposed their own lives to public scrutiny when they testified to Mr Sheridan’s guilt.
‘Mr Sheridan has been jailed for lying to a court to secure victory when he sued the News of the World for defamation in 2006. At the time he was an elected member of the Scottish Parliament.
‘As we have made clear, we have an appeal lodged against that defamation verdict and we now look forward to that appeal succeeding in Scotland’s Court of Session.’
Scottish Socialist Party members Frances Curran and Colin Fox said: ‘He alone is responsible for where he sleeps tonight, no-one else.
‘He pursued legal action full in the knowledge he would lie in court. He asked his closest political allies and friends to join him in that crazy strategy and then turned on us because we refused. ‘

Nice to see that Mr Sheridan is paying the price for his overblown sense of self importance and invulnerability, as well as his arrogance toward the law. This man is a corrupt politician openly encouraging violence toward political opponents.
The last example of his SSP method of campaigning for social justice was on Saturday 18th of September, when a BNP team was holding a street table in Glasgow to collect signatures for our “Bring our boys home” campaign.
After a good start the team of 7 BNP activists were surrounded by a mob of 100 – 200 hate filled yobs.
The stall was destroyed and thrown at a youngster!
2 members were assaulted (kicked and punched) and spat upon. The mob continued to destroy party literature and litter it across the street.
When police arrived the thugs vented their hatred towards them. The brave team stood ground until the police gained control of the situation. As this was going on a few members of public joined ranks with the team and were in turn attacked.

A couple of months later Young SSP official Liam Turbett was charged with offences linked to the cowardly attack on our activists in Buchanan Street.
Also the Police wanted to get in touch with Scottish socialist candidate Daniel O’Donnell who stood in front of the police tearing up our leaflets, the Police Sergeant dealing with this case has confirmed that O’Donnell was likely the next to be charged along with the ethnic coloured boy who spat on JoeFinnie (so far it’s not known if Mr O’Donnell was charged).

No one from the Scottish Socialist Party (SSP) ever condemned this aggression and for a very good reason, the SSP (like the Socialist Workers Party), firmly believes that violence against political opponent is legitimate.
In a normal country this would never be tolerated, but Britain is not a normal country anymore and it’s a known fact that government actively support the fascist/antifascist thugs (witness Camerons support for the UAF).
For this reason I’m more than happy Tommy Sheridan will be spending three years in prison and finally have to face the consequences of his actions.
People who constantly lie and believe they are beyond the law sooner or later run out of luck, and run into trouble.
Let’s hope that Mr Sheridan “enjoys” the diversity of Scottish prisons, and with a bit of luck hardened black and asian convicts will harass and attack him in the same way SSP members attacked BNP activists in Glasgow.
