It is the kind of disregard that has been spotlighted to the world this week by Michelle Obama’s Lavish trip to Spain, which has prompted an American columnist Andrea to dub the First Lady a contemporary Marie Antoinette. As The Telegraph reports, while the Obamas are covering their own holiday expenses such as Hotels, the trip could cost USA taxpayers as much as $375,000 in terms of security and flight costs by the USA Air Force.
The timing of this Lavish European vacation could not have come at a worse moment, when unemployment in the USA stands at up to 10 percent, and large numbers of Americans are struggling to survive in the face of the global economic downturn.
It smacks of a total indifference, and contempt, for the millions of Americans who are struggling just about to feed their families on a daily basis , and to pay the mortgage and utilities , while the same time size of the national debt balloons to Greek-style proportions.
While the liberal-dominated US mainstream media have largely ignored the story, it is all over the Web and Blogs and talk radio, and will lead to Obamas free falling poll ratings.
As much as the USA Liberal media establishment keeps turn a blind eye to stories like this,
which are major news in the international media, the American public is increasingly turning to alternative news sources, including the British Blogs and websites and to a minor extent the Press, which has a far less different approach towards the White House.
The First Lady’s trip to Europe and the contempt for public concerns over lavish government spending is symbolic of a much far wider problem with the Obama presidency ,the contempt for the principles of limited government, individual liberty and free enterprise that have built the United States over the last two and a half centuries into the most powerful Christian and free nation on earth.
It is shown by all the President’s determined drive towards large government against the will of the American people, and increases in government spending and borrowing, which threaten to leave the USA so in debt for generations to come that the USA government and it,s impressive military will be at the behest of the UN and the World Bank and subject to their interests and not it,s own.. It is also shown by Barack Obama’s drive towards a anti Christian pro Islamic socialism system of Government, which, as has been noted before, which is “a thinly disguised project for a president who is committed to transforming the United States from the world’s most successful large-scale free enterprise economy, to a highly interventionist Islamic society with a massive role for centralized Socialist government.”
There is however a revolution fast approaching in the USA that is driven not by the mob but by the power of ideas and principles, based upon the ideals of the Founding Fathers and the US Constitution.And the Christian Faith!
It is a Christian conservative revolution that is sweeping America and is reflected in every poll ahead of this November’s elections. It is based on a belief in liberty, limited government, and above all, political accountability from the ruling elites. The Obama administration’s Philosophy seems to be “let them eat cake”, as it continues to gorge itself on taxpayers’ money, but it will be looking nervously over its shoulder as the concerns of the freedom loving Americans mounts.at the way that the Obamas wish to also change America demographically by allowing mass 3rd world immigration and the sense of National Identity and being an American also.
But on the other hand we must realise that the same type of thing is! And has been happening in the United Kingdom for the last 20 years also, but over in the UK their seems to be little more than a apathetic sense of surrender by the political and middle classes to the Liberal dictatorship that is now managing the UK on behalf of the Marxist Liberal Elites and their Multi National Corporation masters, who are funding their political experiment of mass national destruction, who both considering each other useful idiots seek to obtain their objectives of a unnatural hegemony or a completely free unrestrained market free from the national interest.
